I have read few posts about Colon Cleanse. I heard it's good for the body. I didn't get any with my bottle, and I am planning to get one soon. Any insights?
That's a good decision, Sweetjalapeno.. Colon Cleanse is really good for our body.. It just made my bowel movement regular and I feel clean too.. You must try it and see the good effect it brings.. :)

They're all correct Summer! At first I'm really not into cc but as days go by of using it I saw the difference because in my case it made my weight loss faster. But of course A/S will definitely work with or without CC. But it would be better if they are together. CC is like an accessory to the principal which is the A/S. No harm in trying. Good luck!

Order has been placed. Hubby started taking a/s. He's getting from my bottle. And so far, it's doing good on him. It's just that he gets thirsty most of the time. But at least, he now looks for water instead of sodas! And he doesn't eat that much anymore. I just hope he can sustain it. LoL!

Yes Marga, I've been reminding him everyday! There's a sticky note in our medicine cabinet saying that he has to pay me back LoL. I'm about to finish my bottle that's why we are so eager to get our order soon.

Hubby got his order already last week. And I got my free colon cleanse. I've been taking it since Friday last week and it's doing good on me. I dont' feel any side effects of it. At first I am hesitant to take 2 a/s then 1 c/c, I don't want to overdose myself, but when I tried it, no side effects at all. What's the best time to take c/c? I usually take my a/s in the morning and before dinner. Do I take it during lunch or together with my a/s. Cos right now, I take it during lunch time, I'm afraid of having so much meds on my body at once. LoL
If I start getting pain in my stomach I'll let you know.
You've been through so much pain already Belle. I hope CC works this time. But if you feel even an inch of pain on your first take, stop immediately okay. We all want to be healthy in our course of losing weight. Take care my dear.
Hi Stephie, Belle went through some procedures for her shoulder pains in the past few weeks and pains from CC is really unacceptable this time. We are all hoping for good results.
