Heeeeyyyy yaaa'll!  It's my first weigh in and guess what??!?!  Lost 600gms!  Not much compared to others's results but I'm happy to lose any weight at all!biggrin

i am 71.4 kilos and want to be at 60 kilos too! less would be better but im fine with 60

Sorry I was not able to visit the forum the day I weighed in but I do have good news...I lost 800gms this time so I now have lost a total of 1.4 kilos after 2 weeks on AS!

I also appreciate everyone here in this forum!smile

This stuff really does work!  It's almost unbelievable when I started seeing results!  I could not believe it's that easy.  Although, I know I have to do my part, too, to get to my desired weight quicker and to maintain what I'm about to achieve.

I'm on my 3rd week and weighed in today.  Lost 700 grams which gives me a total weight loss of 2.1 kilos.

From 78 kilos to 60 kilos

Current weight:  75.9kgs

 

I pray to consistently lose this much, if not better.

Yes...no pressure...but a little pressure is good sometimes...gives you that drive.  Thank you all so much.

 

Once again, I weighed in and here is the result...900gms!  This close in losing a kilo!  Good enough...happy with it!  I'll lose a lot more, I just know it!wink  A month after, I've lost a total of 3 kilos flat.

 

From 78kgs to 60kgs

Current weight:  75 kilos
