The New Me - Natalie
Permalink

hi everyone!

received my bottles already and started taking them this morning. still ate the same amount of breakfast but comes lunch was the start of effects. for the first time i felt like don't eating my lunch. i am a "yes" eater at everything i see. which explains my weight now. my co-workers were asking me why i did not finish my meal, but i did not tell them i am on this program as i want to WOW them. i also want them to notice my weight loss befor i tell them about the pills. i can't wait to feel that and hopefully i'll be able to lose weight with this pill.

customer support said i should take 2 tabs of acai slim and colon cleanser. so i took both today.

here are my beginning stats:

Age: 27
Status: single/engaged to the most wonderful man on earth - getting married on late 2012. it may be a december wedding.no final date yet but the excitement can't be measured as we have spent 4 years dating and now finally getting married.
Dose: twice acai slim and twice colon cleanse a day
Target time to reach goal: december 2011. i want to be on my ideal weight when we start planning for the wedding next year. so no need to alter the wedding dress.  hopefully i don't gain weight next year.
Start Weight:  71.4 kg
Goal Weight: 60Kg
Weight to lose: 11.4 kg
Total weight loss - 0kg

wish me luck and hoping to get to know you all. i am going to weigh in on monday. but i can't promise as my feet are itching to weigh in tomorrow to see if there is a result on my first day. lol!

so excited,
natalie

dinkidi thank u i hope i will be successful as you.

lizzie thank you. i am so happy with the wedding next year and cant wait to walk down the aisle while my man is waiting for me. good luck on u as well. will visit your thread in a while. it took me a day to keep up with all threads and i am enjoying it.

thank u danag. i hope i will be a guru like you. that is if i succeed on this journey.

2nd day on the program, so far so good. woke up late so i was not able to do exercise and skipped breakfast. ate little for lunch and dinner. afternoon tea was just nutribar and a glass of water.

Welcome to the forum, Natalie. I am getting good results taking a/s, hope you get the same if not better results yourself. I'm excited to see other newbies weigh in results. (I'm still a newbie myself as I'm only on a/s for 3weeks)

hello everyone! weigh in was yesterday morning but when i got home after work, i needed to sleep early for a whole day conference today so i didn't turn on the laptop. it was a busy and lovely day. i had 2 colleagues who approached me and said it looks like i lost weight. well, of course i said YES with a smile. i am so happy because finally people are seeing the results. all smiles here. i am accompanying the treadmill with my new twist board. i am still getting aches in my tummy area whenever i use it so i am gradually increasing my time using it.

weight last 2 weeks was 67.2 kg, i am now 66.5 kg.

Start Weight: 71.4 kg
Goal Weight: 60Kg
Current Weight: 66.5 kg
Weight to lose: 6.5 kg
Total weight loss - 4.9 kg

Hey Natalie, I also used twist board and oh, it hurts badly. biggrinbiggrin But my Dave said that the more it hurts, the more it works for you.  I'm not into it regularly though.  But I think I should give more time to it.  Does it really work? Is anyone using this too aside from me and Natalie?

Once you get into a routine you won't feel pain. I did 90 minutes today and am happy to report I have no sore muscles.

Yeah, i hope so, Belle.  I have a very low tolerance when it comes to pain. But as days go, I'm starting to get used to it. I just hope this twist board will work. biggrin

belle, thank you. i read your progress thread and i think you are doing so well with your fortnightly weigh in too.
summer, yes it hurts at first but you will eventually get used to it. i am still using the twist board. but am more into treadmill since it targets all my body parts.i use the twist board to spice up my exercise routine. i use it between my floor exercises and the treadmill.
betty and lizzie, thanks ladies. well done on your progresses too!

i weighed myself this morning after i exercised and before i ate breakfast. from 65 kg last 2 weeks, i am now at 63.6 kg so that's 1.4 kg loss in 2 weeks.

Start Weight: 71.4 kg
Goal Weight: 60Kg
Current Weight: 63.6 kg
Weight to lose: 3.6 kg
Total weight loss - 7.8 kg

my sister sent me a gift. it's a new digital weighing scale. i weighed in using the new scales but it gave me a different result. 200 grams higher. i am 62 kg flat on my ordinary scales and i am 62.2 kilos on the new scales. has anyone experienced this?

All scales weigh differently, don't get hung up on the difference, just go by one set all the time

thanks dinkidi. i guess i will have to stick with my old scales. will just use the digital scales once i am done taking AS and CC. besides, i prefer to use the old scales because i am 200 grams lighter on it. LOL
