Hello there ladies and...are there any gentlemen? My name is Betty and I would like to be part of this forum if you'd have me. I just ordered my very own AS and I can't wait for it to get here! I wonder how long it's going to take. I'm 81 kilos and I'm the biggest one in our family...well, it's either me or my sister. I would like to get down to 60 kilos. That possible?

@ betty: welcome! yes , you can... when? it's how fast your body will react to the product. so it's better to accompany your journey with diet and exercise. if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Hi, Betty. Welcome to the forum. I'm not so new in the forum and to A/S. Been taking it for 3 weeks now and I lost 2kg already. So I'd say you will definitely lose that 21kg. It will take sometime though but you'd shed that off. I'm so happy how A/S is working on me so far, making me feel full most of the time so I cut down on my food portions big time! Hope you'd receive your pills soon so you can get started.

Hi, Betty. I'm Meghan. I'd been using A/S for more than 8 weeks now but I'm not so familiar with the forum yet. I don't have much time to browse through the threads so I only get to see some of the posts here. I'm happy to read through your thread and glad to know you got your pills now and had started already. I'm eager to know how you'd be doing with A/S.
