Hey there, everybody!  Such a good morning today!  So, it's my first weigh in today and I'm real happy and proud of my first week's outcome:

 

weight loss: 900 grams

current weight: 79.1kgs

I totally agree, too!  It's weigh in day again....700gms today.  I've now lost a total of 1.6 kilos in two weeks!

I thank you all for following my progress.  3rd week and it's my 3rd weigh in today.  Can you believe that I've lost a kilo?!!  I have now lost a total of 2.6kgs.
