my first 2 pills today, and i weigh 60.1kgs :( . i used to be 48 n then i had twin boys, ive tried almost everythng to lose weight, but the most ive lost is 2 kgs, and that took a month. ive tried shakes and exercise and diet as well.nothing seems to work on me :(., and i hate starving myself, coz it only seems to make me want to eat more.
i hope to lose atleast 10kgs to get back to where i used to be.i hope i lose weight on my next weigh, which is next tuesday :) ..crossing my fingers it works.
hi cookie! i so envy you being on the 60'ish kilos. that's my ultimate wish, hoping AS and CC help me reach it. geez you were so slim on a 48 kilo weight. i used to be less than 50 kilos as well but that was on my teenage years

you're right...i bought the pills last year, but was a bit iffy to take it coz i just had my boys, but now i have to lose the weight :) . thank you guys so much for the encouragement. will keep u all updated. cant wait to read more exciting weightloss stories
hi belle, yes im a first time mum and am totally loving it.ive got twin boys aged 18 months this december. :) i wanna go back to what i used to be. trim n fit. i have just started exercising as well..but trying to drink water is a lot harder for me...i hate drinking water... but i know i have to....specially it being summer in a week. im so glad all u lovely ladies replied... thank you! ive post my weight in next week.
Wow twin boys you certainly have your hands full. I do a lot of exercise and count calories as well. I find writing down what I eat and keeping track of calories really helps me. Dinkidi and I have been around for a while now so if you need any advice we'll try and help:)

Hi Cookie. Welcome to the forum! I've gained a lot too after giving birth to my kids. Since then, i find it really hard to lose even a kg. You're on the right page and you'd get a lot of tips and inspiring stories here.
I can relate to that. I used to be a bit active and I also used to work and gained quite a bit when I had to stop working to be a housewife and a mum, too. So, here we all are. Welcome aboard, Cookie!
ok so we go!!!!!....im so very excited.... im 58.7....in a week ive lost 1.4 kgs ...... i think i got a heart attack when i saw the number on the scale this morn....i have been eating sensible and drinkin heaps of water. :) .... but i heard that when u first start losing weight, its only water that u lose...so lets hope im losing fat instead ;) I bought a book called the calorie counter, its got everythn on it that can be measured in calories, and i also got a food and exercise diary as well, so i can keep a track of wat goes in ...lol.... thank you guys for all the support. yay to weight loss!!!
That's great Cookie, you've done really well, probably some of that is fluid and fats being flushed out but if you have eaten sensibily some of it will be fat as well.
It's a fabulous start though, figures like that make you want to continue on, good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey.

thanks guys! ive started goin to the gym, my first session was yesterday, and my personal trainer is great, got me on the weights already....im sore all over now...i think even my toes hurt...lol...but i think its ACAI SLIM doin the job, coz i dont feel hungry and peckish all the time now :) .....ive got boxing classes and cycle training as well...am so excited to lose weight, all these stories i read on this forum is so very motivational!!!!
The gym idea is great cookie, it's all good to lose weight but you need to tone up as well, great work you'll reach your goal, you have the right attitude

Wow! pretty impressive! First, you got that 1.4 kg loss and now, a gym class, a boxing class, and a cycle training! You must have all that energy to keep you doing all these stuff, cookie. Great work out!
this is like a miracle, checked my weight n im 58.4 now...OMG! so another 300gm lost this week.looks like it wont take me months to lose off the kilos. so ive lost 1.7 kilos in 2 weeks . i got myself a personal trainer, gonna cost me a fortune, but its only for 10 weeks.but with me taking these acai tablets..., i feel like i have so much energy to burn. im so happy :)

hey belle, i start on wednesday, tomorrow. she did say to me that i will have to work my hardest and even more. :( ...not looking forward to it, but im gonna push myself if i wanna be able to run after 2 toddlers.amazing how much life there is in kids...they are so energetic, i wish i had a fraction of that. :)

thanks, so far in the last week i went 6 days. n had the sunday as a break. today with the personal trainer was so harrrrddddd :( ...it was for an whole hour, n it felt like the whole day..n then after that she made me do a spin class with her...ive never sweated like that ever before. im sure this is gonna work, coz by taking the pills i have to constantly remind myself to eat, and i still have so much energy, which could also be adranaline though, coz im so pumped!!!...lol...cant wait to check my weight n measure myself next week.. yay to weightloss!!!

hey guys,,,just wondering if there is a way to slow down the weight loss?? i was just curious this morning, so i did a cheat weigh....n the scales showed 58.0. my weigh in day is tuesday, and 2 days ago when i weighed myself, i was 58.4. either im losing weight too fast or my scales are broken.
Also do i ahve to take the colon cleanse? the taste is just so disgusting, i spewed up the first time i took it, and have been hesitant to take after that so instead ive been taking BENEFUL FIBRE. im nt sure if it works the same though.
Oh, i forgot to add, i have made it through 18 months with my 2 monsters and im still sane....so that itself is an achievement!
here's this weeks progress last week 58.4, and this week 58.0 I've lost 400gms this week. not too bad i suppose. I've been told that muscle is heavier than fat,n when i did the body fat mass calculation, I've lost fat. n I'm now sitting in a 12, but its loose on me, but the size 10 is tight :) ...crossing my fingers for next week. do you guys think i should start taking 4 tabs a day? would that help in giving me bit more metabolism?

Betty, im hoping for that soon....infact it was our 5 yr wedding anniversary yesterday, and i fit into a size 10 dress,,,,i was so happy...it was a lil tight but i just sucked my guts in and went with the flow,,,lol..
Natalie., i dont trust BMI calculation, coz as we all know that muscle is heavier than fat, and so thats y i think ive only lost 400gms but 4 cms round my chest n 2 by my thighs..., n that doesnt show up in the bmi., coz that only calculates ur weight:) .. i think im starting to tone up coz im doing 70kg weights now n i was worried y i did nt lose much weight this week. so i got some advice from my personal trainer and she told me about the BMI , and bout muscle n fat. hope this was helpful to you. congrats on ur excellent loss by the way :)
Stephie, thank you so much.they look gorgeous for sure..i know every mother would say that about her kids, but im of indian background( anglo actually), and my husband is as white as white can get...( he actually glows in the dark) lol.... so coz of that ....jayden my older...hes got tan skin, blondy n sandy hair with blue eyes....n logan has got my eyes,....light brown, and tan skin.... lol...jeese am i bragging or what....hahhah....kiddin...they are cute but as we all know looks can be deceiving,....hahha....they are precious but god they are monsters for sure :) hahha...will post some pics for sure.
