hi - so where do i start i am Lily and i am a badminton player well, not professionally yet. it has been a hobby and my form of exercise for the past 3 months i have lost 5 kilos just by playing badminton everyday after work and healthy picking of foods since last month, i have stayed on 75 kilos and it's getting me worried i need a boost and hope acaislim is the answer my goal is to be at 65 kilos no time frame as i am not in a hurry the sooner the better still
i forgot to add that i received my bottle this morning and have taken the first 2 tablets of acai slim and colon cleanse so far haven't felt anything bad no good effects felt either
Hi Lily, and welcome to the forum. Belle and I have been here on the forum for over 12 months, Acai is certainly working for us and we are nearing our goal weights but everyone has different goals and body issues in mind. I was not going to alter too much my lifestyle due to things that happened to me, Belle is very active but has physical health issues which she has had to push through. Each to our own, if we have support and determination, it doesn't matter how long it takes, but that we are happy with the outcome.
You will get support here, we are all her for the same purpose, good luck with you weight loss journey, let us know what your goals are and where you are at now

You are on the right track doing badminton I think you'd be burning a lot of calories doing that. As dinkidi said I do a lot of exercise but I still have to watch what I eat. So I think if you eat sensibly, play badmington and take your tablets you should be able to lose the 10 kilos.

Hello again, Lily! Welcome to the forum! I hope you don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions...we're all here to help. And of course, we have our experts/AS gurus who we can depend on.
hi Lily! welcome here! my name is natalie. i have taken AS and CC for 3 1/2 months and i have lost 11.5 kg in total. so if i can do it, you can do it as well! i played badminton once or twice in my life. i don't have the luxury of time to go to the court so i was not into it that much. i bought a cheap treadmill and it has been my best friend in losing weight. i still use it even if i am not on the pills anymore. i find the pills to give me more energy, so i hope you feel that too. good luck on your journey. if you have any questions, feel free to post. this forum has a bunch of friendly and helpful people that can help you along the way.
welcome to the forum, Lily. It's good you are into badminton. That's a great exercise. If controlling your food portions is what your problem is, then that's where AS will be of help. It will definitely suppress your appetite allowing you to eat just the right amount. Losing that 10kg is not far from reality now. Keep us posted with your progress. Have a great one!
hey lily....welcome aboard the plane to weight loss!!! ...am sure ull get thr in no time... great that ur already playing to lose weight...oh also as a hobby...its good to like something knowing that it will give u results. i have been told by a fitness freak some years ago, that u have to constantly change what we do to lose weight...otherwise our bodies will go into plateau! it is very true coz for 2 months i walked 5 kms everyday n all i lost was 2.5 kgs...n so ive changed how i exercise...n with the help of acai slim im sure to get thr to my goal!i have to sometimes remind myself to eat, as it suppresses ur appetite.:) so welcome n have fun while to work off the weight.
You don't have to "constantly change" your exercise you have to mix it up. For example: if your walking for an hour a day and do the same route day after day your body gets used to it. What you have to do is change your route and that way your body is walking on different terrain and not the same thing and that way you get a better workout and shift more fat.

Hi, Lily. Your goal of losing 10kg should not be a problem. Bet you'd lose it sooner than you think. AS is a wonderful aid to achieving that. Have a great journey!
im back everyone! i decided not to weigh in last week as i had a strong feeling of a weight gain but now i have to face it since it's week 2
i have been slack with badminton since i started taking the pills because of the holiday season it's just once a year anyway, so might as well seize the moment and enjoy the shopping and food i promise to get back on track next year
i have lost 300 grams in 2 weeks i think i have gained weight but the pills helped me lose some so i am happy with that 300 grams loss
indeed dinkidi hoping i can stay on the right direction and i promise i won't just sit there (just like what you have on your signature) very inspiring!

Lol thank you, I thought of that myself!

Well, Lily, we both are thankful for the small loss coz at least we still got those grams off our body instead of gaining some due to the holiday treats. I guess we deserve a thumbs up Happy Year!

Fantastic job, Lily! Keep it up! Try to avoid checking the scales too often...I know it's hard but fight the temptation!
