i would love that too! i guess, with acaislim around, gaining weight won't be a problem. we can eat in moderate amount

Hi Solana! I believe it isn't hard to gain weight when you are surrounded with food or people who loves to cook.. We don't own a catering business, but most of my family are really good at cooking. They always cook delicious meals that are hard to ignore.
I just weighed in yesterday and found out that I lost 2.9 kg after 4 weeks of taking the pills. I still need to lose 19.1 kg to reach my goal... It's still a looooong way to go.

@summerlove you're right. i must not blame my environment with my weight right now. it's all about discipline in food intake lol i just need moderation in the way i eat
If you want to lose weight you can't eat two pieces of cake...well technically u can but then you'll need to exercise it off. You would need to do an hours walk I'm guessing to exercise that off. I'll have to check in with my fellow guru dinkidi but I think that'd be about right.

At least an hour! You have to walk an hour to walk off egg and bacon, so with the flour and sugar in the cake I'd say you'd need to walk longer than an hour.

Cheat days are fine once in a while, right? Is twice a month okay? And unexpected parties can be considered as cheat day, correct?
Once, I was planning to have my cheat day on a Sunday.. But my friends invited me to dinner Friday before my cheat day.. Since I ate a lot already, I skipped the Sunday cheat day. :)
