hi there amelia. been using acaislim for weeks now and it surprised me of the changes it brought me. last night i can't barely finish my 2 slices of pizza! i know it's because of the pills
Hello again, everyone. I'm sorry to drop by again just now. Was so busy with a lot of stuff in preparation for my special project in Canada. I received my acaislim bottles with quick slim cleanse 1st of October. I'd been taking them since then. I feel good so far noticing my meal portions had become less and less each day. I just have one problem, I keep forgetting to take the pills on time. I wonder if this will affect the weight loss effect of the pills. I hope not. I have not weighed myself yet. I hope to see good result by end of this month, fingers crossed. Hope everyone is doing well! Cheers :)

Hi Amelia! How often are you forgetting to take the pills? Maybe, forgetting a pill or two would not be too bad. Have you tried putting reminders on your mobile? Good luck on your weigh in!

Thank you for your responses, Solana and Sophie. My target weight is 65 kg and I started at 89 kg. I lost 1.5 kg on my first weigh in which was 31 Oct. I'm not too impressed with that month long result. But I'm not complaining either. I'm thankful that I lost over a kilo. Maybe that was because I often forgot taking my pills, usually at night when I'm too exhausted from work. I tried the mobile reminder and its now working for me so far. Hope to get better result this end of November.
Hey Amelia! A loss is still a loss. I remember dinkidi telling me not to be too hard on myself. That this weight loss journey is not a race/competition, but a lifestyle change. And I totally agree with her. You might be doing good now; but with ongoing changes on your lifestyle, you may do better on the next months to come. Just continue taking the pills. Set reminders on your mobile. You can also place notes where you frequently stay or on things you always use. I hope that would be help you to be able to help you not forget the pills.

Thank you, Irish, Sophie and Betty. My 2nd month went well, doubling up my 1st month result. So I'm now weighing 84.5 kg. Well, actually that was last 30 Nov. I'd been jogging and bought myself a stationary bike mid Nov This is really working. Hope to get better everyday.
Another month long weigh in gave me a 4 kg loss. Hey, that stationary bike might have helped increase my loss. Thank goodness, I now weigh 80.5 kg. awww, just a few more grams to bring me down to 70s.
I'm so proud of everyone including you, of course, Amelia! You got through the holiday parties and festivities just fine. Hahah! I admire your strength.
Hi there. My last weigh in was 28Feb, which was a 3.5kg loss again. Now weighing 73.5kg. I just continue with acaislim everyday. Still using my stationary bike, not consistently tho but I manage to do it at least 2x week. Hope everyone's doing well. Cheers.

I'm glad to drop by again after a long while.
Everything just got crazy with all my preparations for the Canada project.
I'm now back in Oz for some Christmas project but will go back to Canada early next year.
Yeah, work, work, work!
Well, I did slim down before going to Canada in May although I didn't reach my goal of 65kg.
Was about 1.5 kilos short of that when I left Oz but I managed to bring some acaislim so I continue taking that and now just trying to maintain 60kg.
Yup, just had to lose more weight til June this year and went from 65 to 60 kg. Awesome!
