I am just starting out with a/s and wondering if you all just eat as normal but less or do you follow a special diet? From what I am reading it's the pills that are loosing weight not diet and exercise, is this true? Or am I missing something? Any advise is appreciated.
Hi Photomum! Irish here. I never followed a special/strict diet. I received a diet plan when I got my lot, but I don't follow it everyday. It's helpful though. I just eat as normal but lesser since acaislim helps me feel full. Yes, the pills will help you lose more weight, but wth diet and exercise, you'll lose more weight. Don't let the pills do all the work, you need to change your lifestyle as well to achieve permanent results.
Hi PhotoMum! Welcome to the forum. I am also starting out today...again. Well, I have been on pills for 2 months last year but stopped as I ran out of pills and wasnt able to buy another bottle. But now I received the pills I ordered last week. I am so excited to be at it again. I need to lose 10 more kilos so I can be at below 70 kilos. What's your current and target weight, by the way?
Hi solana88, I am 83kg and would also like to be under 70kg, did you loose weight when you were on the pills for 2 months? How many a day did you take and did you follow a strict diet? Yes good luck to both of us :)
Hi Photomum! I'm not sure if I got your question right. But I'll try to share my experience or what I know. I haven't tried it, but they say that the pills alone can make you lose weight. Because of its appetite suppression effect, you eat less. Exercise and a healthy diet can make you lose more weight than just taking the pills alone. Since I started taking the pills, I changed my diet into a healthy one and I have been doing exercises since. So I'm not sure how much I could have lost if I only relied on the effects of the Acai Slim pills.

I take two A/S a day. I did not follow a strict diet. Just the usual exercise (walking/jogging/running) and healthy eating. Everything is in moderation. I can eat anything but in moderation.
