HI I've ordered my products since last wk and havent heard from the company that they have recieved my order,no communication at all......yet my credit card was debited?Im in Sydney .How long dose it take?

Hi Macobabe,

Welcome to the Forum Im new myself,

I ordered the Acai Slim And colon clense just over a week ago and i still havent received it, but they say it can take up to 2 weeks,
hopefully when i get home today after work its there waiting for me hehehe
i just cant wait 2 start it so i can drop the KG before summer hits,
i also bought a gorgeous pair of Bikins to Motivate me even more,
ill let you know as soon as i receive it !!!

furious IT MAY TAKE 1-2 WEEKS WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT. THOUGH SOME RECEIVED IT BEFORE 1 WEEK AND SOME TOOK LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE COMPANY'S BASIS ON THAT. IT MAY BE THEIR SYSTEM? JUST A WILD GUESS. furious

Hi not yet they emailed me saying it will be 2 wks,I'm a bit annoyed that you cant get to talk to someone and I might sound pesimistic but if you have a product that its so succsesful wouldnt it you want to do the best to please your customers ,Sorry but coming from a marketing/sales background they shouldnt get annoyed with negative commts,they are doing it themselves as if they have something to hide....

OMG 28th JULY, That Means ive still got ages till i get mine!!!!

Now Im Annoyed
They shouldnt say up to 2 weeks if its not true.

Thats not fair at all i think they do it on purpose, just incase we are not happy with the product we dont return it within the 30 day garantee because it takes 30 days just to receive it !!!!

This Product Better be worth it !!

I will do, I have just called and left a message and also left a message on their contact message board so hopefully will atleast hear something!  Cause its 3 weeks tomorrow that I made my order!  At this rate ill have to order more before I even recieve my first order!

I heard from them yesterday and aparently when i ordered the warehouse was out of stock!  Nice of them to tell me...i mean to say if there customer service is so important to them.  I have now been waiting 3 weeks...I hope its going to be worth it

@kimberly: aww yeah weather is as always a pain its cold (darwin cold which is like 21 degrees) and then the next day your sweating so a bit of random weather but ya get that

yeah i just called them on the number on their website.  Finall arrived today after ordering on the 28th!!!  23 days to arrive!
But no diet or exercise plan....just the bottles in a post bag!

ldiam, yeah i heard the weather there is like a woman's mood: unpredictable.lol! no offense to women.

my friend whom i visited informed me of the changing weather i might be experiencing. it was last year of august when i went to Pinelands, Darwin. good thing the first day was not that cold. but the 2nd day of my stay there was freezing.
