That all right, even I have a bit more food, and drink sweet drink, but I am not increase that much, it is o.k., it is under control, I try to do exercise to combine with it, and mark down what I have extra food or drink to remind myself everyday, I just learn from personal trainer how to exercise to burn fat more & crunch & sit up in the right way, I will get to there!
I haven't received mine yet but that is what I think too. I ordered the four bottles, one is for my friend who only has about 3-4kg to lose. The other 3 are for me, if I don't see decent results by those 3 bottles I will follow another path :o)
I think it is important to say that if you take your measurements before you start and then weekly that even if the weight loss is slow you may find you have still lost weight by measuring yourself.It can also be a great motivator.
Day 20th, today I lost 200 gram, 53kg, totally 1kg.

you are right, even my weight lost is slow but I still can see it is losing weight, now I believe that I can reach my goal soon - 50kg- flat belly & no celulite, with the help of exercises.
@ help 101: thank you. i lost almost 50kg and that took me 4 months to achieve it. i'm just finishing up my bottle then i'll stop. or else i might be so so thin..which is not really sexy.hehe :)

I think I might take one week weight to be the standard of it which is better, because after I went to Loo, I was reduced to 53.1kg today, so will be posted every Saturday morning in the future.
Day 24nd, I weight the same 52.9kg, totally lost 1.1kg, I decided to quit to use Acaislim, because I feel like my heart beat is faster than normal, and I don't feel comfortable with it, and it did not show that it works for me, I think I control it with my diet & exercises, which is much better and in natural way without medication.
hello, everyone, i miss you all, I come back again to tell you a good news, I have lost extra 600 gram by diet & exercise, totally 1.7kg, now is 52.3kg, 2.3kg to be lost, but I try hard in exercising, it is good for health, and feel better after I did exercise, more energy.

Arrrgh! Steplam why do you think you need to be any thinner than 53kgs! My goal is 55kgs and would be happy to get to that!! I used to weigh 50kgs from the age of 16 up until 25 and thought i was WAY too skinny!! Wake up love you don't need to lose weight :)
Bigbootygirl, it depend of your height, and my bone frame is small, so 50kg is good to me, and I want to reduce body fat instead of weight lost, even I were in 50kg I still have body fat on my belly part, I can only get rid of it by exercise- cardio training, this is the only way, which I am doing it now, and I want to have more energy for life, which I can find it after exercise,
