furious IF YOU SKIP BREAKFAST, YOUR METABOLISM SLOWS DOWN TO CONSERVE THE LITTLE ENERGY YOU HAVE LEFT FROM THE OVERNIGHT FAST WHICH MEANS THAT YOUR BODY WILL WANT TO STORE ANYTHING YOU CONSUME LATER IN THE DAY.

RESEARCH SHOWS THAT BY EATING A BALANCED AND COMPLETE BREAFST, YOU CAN KICK-START YOUR METABOLISM, AND FILL YOURSELF UP SO YOU ARE LESS LIKELY TO MAKE UNHEALTHY MEAL CHOICES LATER IN THE DAY. IT WILL ALSO GIVE YOU ENERGY TO FUNCTION.  furious

If I eat breakfast I will eat all day, it makes me really hungry. If I dont eat it I can go without food till dinner. I know it is bad to skip breakfast though.

I am eating according to the diet plan they gave.... so breakfast, then a piece of fruit for morning tea. then lunch, then another piece of fruit for afternoon tea (if i am hungry) and then dinner.

You can email the support team in the website using the contact us link. Ask for the diet plan then they'll send it to you via email.

I emailed the website in the contact us section..... I am not following it down to a tea.....but i am eating the 5 meals and not skipping any unless i am not that hungry, like my morning and afternoon tea. However i do force at least one piece of fruit down my throat.

By rights you are supposed to eat 5 small meals a day. You follow any diet plan and your meals consist of, breakfast, morning tea(usually fruit), lunch, afternoon tea & dinner.....

I only eat my morning and afternoon tea if i find i am peckish and craving sweets and also to get some good stuff in me.

I also do not eat morning tea (brunch) or afternoon tea(snacks). If ever I eat, accidentally, I make sure that I skip either lunch or dinner.

Take note: accidentally (LOL!)
