is this the same as Ultra colon cleanser, I don't like them to change product all the time, I don't want to try new product all the time, I don't feel safe to have new medicine.
@ mellow: i am not sure if you'll do have the instructions because i did not get one for ultra. but anyway, you may email them and ask for the instructions. it may be the same for ultra which is twice a day just like for acai slim. but it's always safe to ask them via email so you'll know how and when to take the clear cleanse. you may use the contact us link in the website.
@ cookie: i mean four times daily. one before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner, and 1 before I sleep.
@ ordinarygirl: i am taking both the acai slim and ultra colon cleanse. yes, both products really worked well for me. i still could not believe that i have achieved my goal. can somebody pinch me and tell me i am not dreaming??? lol!
did you say you achieved your goal ? 36-24-36? congratulation, I did not dare to put this goal on me, I don't think I can do it? may be one day I will achieve it?

Steplam, nothing is impossible if you believe you can do it. I also set Marga as an inspiration in losing weight but not on her goal of 36-24-36 of course. Lol! I'd like my muscles to be toner so I need to lose some fat. I want to have the 6 abs.
@ordinarygirl: i do 70 sit-ups everyday. it helps in reducing fat in my belly part and making it firmer.
i don't sit right after eating my meal. I stand up for 30 minutes or walk slowly for 15 minutes after meal. it also helps the food i intake digest properly and be released because of the energy. walking is better because you burn the calories that you intake. if you'll do walking, just walk slowly or else you'll have appendicitis. some said that sitting right after meal causes our bellies to contract, thus becoming it bigger and bulgy.
i am not sure if waliking slowly and standing up after meal is a myth or scientifically proven and true but that's what i am doing and it works for me.
That is something new Marga. Thanks for that wonderful tip. Will definitely try that and see if it works. Anyway, there's no harm in trying since I can see that it's totally safe.
@ janemarge: you are welcome. yes, it's totally safe but as i have said, if you'll do the walking routine, just walk slowly so that the fat won't stay in your stomach/belly/hips parts.
Muscle is good for your metabolism =D ^-^ Don't be scared, also females are NOT genetically capable of getting muscular and huge because we don't have HUGE amounts of testosterone.

is this product really safe? I heard colon cleansing can be bad as it disrupts the balance of bacteria and stuff in your body which makes your body poorer at fighting these bad stuff?
@ viet: welcome to the forum. acai slim and colon cleanse are safe to take. i did not enounter any side effect while using it. the colon cleanse will detoxify your body and cleanse your system.
