I emailed the acaislim support for tips for all of us and here's the reply:
"You will need to have one capsule with 250ml water twice daily. The best time to take the Acai is right before breakfast and once again right before dinner. I would suggest taking the acai about 5 minutes before eating breakfast/lunch. If you aren’t much of a breakfast eater, then take one serve before lunch and one serve before dinner instead. Just try to make sure you take the acai before 2 bigger sized meals (which is usually either breakfast/lunch/dinner).
You should start off on 2 serves daily. You can increase your serves if you wish for faster results, but 4 serves is the maximum daily you can take.
It would be a good idea to try and get some exercise in also, eg: 20-30 min walk daily as that can help increase the metabolism and get the whole weight loss regime moving. Sometimes the acai does work better when it has a little help.
If you are already quite thin and just want to move a few kilos you will find it much harder to lose weight with the acai compared to someone who is significantly overweight.
The weight loss is certainly much more noticeable on larger people."
I am not overweight, I just want to flatten my belly, a little bit of fat around that area, may be lose 3-4 kg, will the Acaislim still effective in my case? I have just lost 600gram for last two weeks only, the first week 2 tablets - I lost only 200 gram & the second week 4 tablets only lost 200 gram a day, but now back up a bit, may be fluid can be calcumulated in my body,
The first sign I got after using Acai Slim for 3 days was my belly. I think I was 1/2 size smaller in my waist that time. That was also my main problem at that time. Big belly. Glad my belly was the first to react. Lol!

I wonder if this is why myself and some of the slimmer people are not loosing any weight???
