I ordered on the 19th Aug and still haven't seen anything - online tracker isn't showing any results. I've left a message on the 1300 number, I'm also going to send an email.
Hope they all show up soon!

I ordered mine 16 days back, have not receive them yet, quite worry as well..
I read some posts said that they are not registered post, how if my products are missing on the way? will the company send us again?

Give them a call...my package took 3 weeks to the day to arrive so patients is the key. It seems they are having trouble with all the orders!

Fionae, they must be sold out always due to a lot are ordering. If that so, they must be an established weight loss product, thus they should increase their supplies, right? Just a thought. If a product sells like hotcakes, supply must be increased.

Hmmm... Am I missing something? All I have is the paypal receipt in my inbox. No other corrospondence as yet. A couple of you are talking about an online tracker? Did you email for con note details or did you recieve a follow up email?

I used the site to send an email to them tonight. On the note of being short of stock, they really should put something up to warn of extended waiting times, my sister has just started some Acai berry suppliment from a health food store...

hi all,
i talked to a guy on the phone and from what i gather if there is none in stock and they have to get it from overseas they order it at the end of every month... i only ordered a week and a half ago but because they received a shipment on the 31st of august i presume that is what they do.

let me know when you get it.

I only ordered on the 2nd September so only been a week not stressing yet. By the sounds of it I will have a long wait

I am using another Acai product which I am just about to run out of that I brought from the states. It was delivered within the week, they were real quick. Whilst I have been waiting I have been following Body Trim and lost 2kgs in one week and using acai produst. Highly recommend Body Trim its great, very easy to follow.
