@ big al: welcome to the forum. the suggested dosage for acai slim is twice a day. that is one before breakfast and one before dinner. it is the same with the colon cleanse.

have you ordered yours already?

Marga is correct. Acai Slim is taken five minutes before your meal. You may find these threads helpful.
