Ok so I have got some answers about how you should take these things and so I wont realy count yesterday or todays weigh in..
Buuuut - I have been on an upwards spiral for too long. Have had some medical issues and a lot of laziness. I also have a bad habit for take away.. So have put on 30 kilos in the last 2 and a half years!!
I have tried normal diet pills but nothing has worked (especially since I dont do much excersize)..
I got my delivery 2 days ago and yes I hadnt weighed myself for a week - but that last time I saw I had put on another kilo and so was a bit frightened to check.
I got on the scales after my first day of having 2 ASlims and 2CCPro. I had lost 1.4Kg's!!!
Now again I don't know how much was from the week but I havent lost weight in so bloody long so for it to go down that much - I just can't explain it..
I also hadnt drank lots of water on my first day using the tablets but did today, so when I got on the scales, I have only lost another 0.2kg's.
But I did eat KFC last night for dinner - and I drank stacks of water today - and yet I still lost weight!!! Oh my god I just can't believe it!!!
I am also going to up my dosage as a lot of people have reccommended to 2 ASlims before brekkie and 2 CCPros, and then the same just before dinner..
Will be able to track it better here from now on as I will update daily, but Im so freaking excited haha
I thought these things were a scam and that I might have wasted 150 bucks - but if I keep losing like this - I am going to be a very happy woman!!!
Im also getting married in 6 weeks - so this could be perfect..

I've been on them for a week now, I had lost 400g after two days, but I haven't weighed myself since, I'm waiting to go to the toilet - on that topic, I was doing fine but over the last few days have only been once! I've been drinking lots of water, but no movements! I've also only been taking 2 A/S and 2 C/C in the morning, then 2 A/S at night, so from tomorrow I will boost it up to 2 of each, twice a day. Fingers crossed I get a good weigh in tomorrow!!!

Ive noticed Im not as hungry at dinner - but am still eating the same amount - so I will have to try and curb my own bad habits there..
Also - I am starving and thirsty as in the morning - but get full quite quickly.
Chrissiem - I can't wait to hear how much more you have lost since then :) And yeah I have been told by heaps of people to have 4 of each a day for best results..
I also want to try and excersize more as Ive heard it helps a lot.. You dont have to do much extra - just walk wherever you can instead of walking and all that jazz..

Hi Sheanaz, Well I have lost 1kg in a week- taking 2 A/S and 2 C/C in the morning, and then 2 A/S at night. I'm going to bump it up to 2 of each twice a day, so hopefully next week great results too!!!
Ok, so update so far is Im up to 2.2kg's but I am not going to weigh in today or tomorrow as I dont want to worry about that stuff on weekends..
So 2.2kg's in 4 days is pretty damn good!!
Still eating pretty badly too - but less..
Ive had lots of cravings but it is my period week now - so I will hopefully lose more once I stop eating so badly (in the last 2 days Ive had a big mac, chips and gravvy, a couple of dim sims, chicken and cheese roll from one of those bay mareas at the train station, a sausage roll and that sort of crap)
That was over the last 3 days that I ate the above (plus my lite n easy for brekkie and what not..
I also had to cut back to 3CCPros a day as 4 was giving me the runs BAAAADDD!!!! But I am prone to the runs so I dont think any of you will have that problem.. My mum is on them and she hasnt had a problem at all.. (by the way - my lucky mumma is losing roughly a kilo a day - so far)
But I am still keeping up the 4ABSlims a day :)

Sheanaz: I have been taking 2 Acaislim in the morning b4 breakfast and then another 2 Acaislim and 2 Ultra Colon Cleanse b4 dinner for the last 12 days and have only lost 500gms all up. Walking the kids to school (10mins) and probably 3 times 15 mins on the exersize bike. I am just wanting to confirm, did you say you and your mother take 2 Acaislim and 2 Colon Cleanse b4 breakfast and then another 2 Acaislim and 2 Colon Cleanse b4 dinner? But now you're only taking 3 of the colon cleanse daily? My progress has been very slow =( And if this is working for you, maybe it will work also for me.
Ok so havent done a weigh in yet as Im constantly doing crap for the wedding haha!
Will do it tomorrow after work - coz I dont like doing it after Ive eaten dinner - so want to make sure Im weighing in at the same time..
Now Ive had to go back up to 2 of each before brekkie and 2 before din dins as I was only having 3 of the colon cleanse (because I got the runs baaaad) but now Im blocked!! hahaha so I have gone back up to 4 a day..
So I think its best to keep it at 4 of each a day - and then go down when need be..
Feeling lighter so will hopefully be all good tomorrow!!
ok...so this is my 3rd day and i been taking 3 and 1 cc. i cant tell if ive lost anything or put on..seems like im the same..yet im not sure. my exercise happens when im at work..i lift heavy things all day and constantly walking and climbing ladders etc. i have enough liquid intake..
Yep I am exercising too, but not so much since being on the school holidays... (normally walk the kids to and from school as well) I think I needa be a bit more careful with what I am eating... I'm not on A/S or C/C at all now since my 2nd order hasn't shown up yet since I last weighed in I have lost 1kg =)
Gahh I wish I could go to the Gym... Hubby gets home very late and I have kids everywhere... PLUS it costs a heap more than I can afford!... I have my exercise bike here...love my bike ;] plus I do the P90X Ab ripper exercises where possible then when school is on I walk the kids to and from... PUSHING A HUGE HEAVY DOUBLE PRAM! LMAO
Love how you guys write your weight loss\gain details, its awesome that there a real people out there. Unfortunately it sounds like you are hoping for a cure to weightloss. If you diet\change your life style plus use the tablets you will get better results rather than waiting for it to magically fall off. Considering Chunky bums you have not changed a thing, the tablets sound like the are keeping the gain at bay, what you have gained keeps coming off. So imagine what a new menu plan will do. Goodluck with your progress.

Yes I totally agree with you... I am/will be putting a stricted diet in place once I finally receive my 2nd order... "take 2" if you like... try,try and try again till you succeed right??? I had no real diet happening before at all... and I do believe the A/S was helping me NOT put any weight on... so now I wanna actually try... lets see what happens!... Will be posting my progress as I was with my first month... stay tuned! ;]

this thread is awesome! its great to read about real life experiences using this product. i've just been on a big life journey to discover why i have high cholesterol at 33 and i'm not overweight my any means and how what i was eating was impacting my health. i was interested in this product as another tool in my endeavour to lose body fat around my stomach area so i thought i'd do some research before trying this and i'm reading some interesting results so far. however the real reason for my post is to give some real life feedback on a way of eating that has seen me change my eating habits completely and lose actual fat and weight. Fish and Fibre should become your new besties. and i know that most of us think we get enough fibre from our vegies etc but if we did then we wouldn't be carrying excess fat around. Try eating fish at least 5 times a week rather than any other red/white meat, eat fibre (add 1 tblspoon psyllium husks to your porridge or weetbix in the morning and try fibre fix bars for a snack), drink stacks of water each day (up to 4 litres if you can) and yes you do really need to exercise most days of the week. If you do you will start to burn fat and lose weight. Good luck and i'll continue to read these posts with interest.
Thanks Guys I'm planning on losing at least 20 kilos. I really need to get a job with more hours, at the moment I'm only casual and last week I only did 6 and a half hours. So I think that if I loose weight it'll be easier for me to get a job. I know it's sad that I have to loose weight for a job but unfortunately it's true.
My dog is sitting here licking himself, he has a bad rash. The licking noise he's making is gross..
