I could not believe in my eye when I got on the scale this morning.
Ok, I started the pills late of Sep I reckon. I lost my notebook, so I lost all the important days :(. Then nothing happened. I did not lose even some grams I think.
Then yesterday I hopped on the scale and I weighed 48. Then this morning I scaled again and I was 46kg with jean and T-shirt. Hmm...I saw the doctor this morning and I weighed myself there. I was still at 46kg. Then I went to the pharmarcy and I weighed again. I was still at 46 :-O.
I don't know what is going on. Is is good or bad ???
I noticed that after 2 weeks I went to the toillete soon after the meal. But it was good I think as everyone needs to go there one a day :">.
I am nervous now. I will weigh again tomorrow and let you know the result. I am worried of my body losing water and that's why I lost some weights. I am not happy yet. Just wait untill tomorrow then.
Also, to my friends: I know you are worried I may look too skinny. I do have fat around my thigh, belly and arms. I think we all know it does not look nice to a tiny girl to have a big belly. I lost my confidence with tight clothes for quite long. I use this product to get rid of them. Once I achieve it I will stop using it. I am really aware of my health and do not want to be a skeleton alive LOL. BUt many thanks for your care !!!
@Marga: I was 48.5-49kgs, and this morning I woke up without having anything in my tummy yet. I weighed 45kgs !!!
Omg, this means so much to me Marga. It has been three years I have tried to get to this number, but I could not make it. I percieve this is a small achievment and motivation for me to try something else.
I don't know how other people are, but to me losing weights is very hard. They say when we get older, our body tends to build up more fat and we can hardly get back to the previous weights. I am so so happy now. I do not look skinny at all. It's the belly area that looks much better.
I will keep doing excercise and eat healthy food.
Thank you for everyone's story here, espcially Marga's. You are all very inspirational.
Your like me Shorty it takes a while to show up on the scales....just keep eating a healthy diet and throw in a bit of exercise and you'll be losing weight in no time.
It's taken a couple of weeks for the weight loss to show up on the scales but it's finally happening.

@shorty: maybe your body is still adjusting so you'll soon see effects at a later time.. just keep on going, have a healthy diet and exercise heaps.. :)
@khloekobe: I can never remember your name (My memory is so bad at this :">). Thank you ! I think I lost 4kgs. I will try to weigh myself at the end of the week to see if that number is still the same. I am nervous though.
@Shorty: I think you should wait for at least 1 week. My body seemed not to have any change for 2 weeks. I was quite dissappointed, but I reallised small changes. For example, I had toilette soon after meals (once a day only, so do not worry of going to the loo very often). Then I saw my weights going down. I think I am tiny and that's why my body did not adapt quickly to weight loss. Good luck to you ;).
I ate as my daily routine, but I noticed that I did not have late dinner. If I had, I ate salad. I excercised with a hoop 30minutes per day. Well, I did it more often about 3-4 days ago though. I hope my story somehow helps !
@Belle: yeah you are right. It happened to me that way. I had to wait for quite long to see the result. I am so happy now, but I need to do more exercise so that my body get toned !!! I think that makes a woman look vibrant and attractive !

@Marga: thank you Marga ! I think I have a long way to go to maintain my weights. This includes try to think of what I eat for breakfast and dinner. I am so afraid of going back to uni staying up late and skipping the meal :(.
I am trying to find a list of meals for 7 days a week, so that I do not feel bored with repetition. Do you have any idea for me ?!

Hm, I am feeling not so good at the moment. As a friend of my just met me. We have not seen each other for quite a while. He asked me to lose some more weights.
Yes, when I hopped on the scale, I saw my weights decreasing. But I still see my arms and belly stay tune :(. They did look toner a bit, but not that significance.
I did not get a tape measure yet as I was busy and could not grab one at a shop.
I missed the time when I had a flat belly :(. I start feeling less confident again :((.
I am trying to set a list of meals so that I do not have to struggle every morning what should I eat. I think when I get busier, I will not have time to do that and I will eat unhealthy foods again.
I take 2 acai and colon at night, which is quite different from what other members do. I do not know if that is a good idea or not.
