it was a busy week for me because of the bosses visiting. i had to work yesterday(saturday) just to catch up with the monthly report. i hate working for people that are money-driven and not care about their employees.sorry for venting.if i had enough money i want to build my own business so i can be the boss that is not bossy.lol.

i use read SOUTHBEACH diet. dark chocolates is the only type of choc that we can eat during the program. then i guess, dark choc isn't really bad at all.. in moderation of course. i am actually eating lindt dark thins right now. hehehe
i totally agree with you guys.. eating chocoloate a little won't effect that much as long as we know how to burn it.. lol! this thread makes me crave for chocolate.. yum yum!
well thanks for that guys now i want chocolate LOL but i'll be good and just have a cuppa instead LOL like that's gonna fix the craving... i cheated last night and had a marshmallow santa from K Mart omg it was sensational LOL
Hey folks weighed in today and I have reached a self set milestone...In the past I have had much trouble losing more than 6 kgs...I have lost 8.3kgs in six weeks...I am so bloody happy...I still have a long way to go but I haven't been under 85kgs in about 8 yrs...current weight 84.6kgs...woohoo.....

Don't eat more than 5000kjs per day (that's around 1000cal) make sure you have three serves of veg and two of fruit everyday. Eat regularly...don't skip meals...you body needs fuel to burn fat...exercise for 30 mins three tiumes a week...treat yourself with the things you like at least once a week eg. a few grams of choc (freddo size, not a whole block)...positive affirmations...and the support of a beautiful husband...that's my recipe...and it's working...yay...much joy

i'm not seeing that big drop in my weight yet but i believe i'm healthier now! i feel lighter! i don't get tired easily! But i bet, i'll beat that 8.3 with 8.4 in 5weeks hahahah
Hi there. I am a newbie.. :) I have been taking 2 AS in the morning before breakfast.. and 2 AS and 2CC (together, is this right?) at night before dinner.. but I have in fact PUT ON WEIGHT :( please tell me what I am doing wrong? HELP
Are you measuring yourself with a tape measure too leabrigitte? I have only just started to lose some weight after 4 weeks, but I lost cm's after the first week. Just a thought. Also are you drinking lots of water? You need to help the C/C flush your body.

Hey thanks so much for the quick reply.. I usually drink around 1.5 lts to 2lts a day. . is that enough? I haven't been able to walk as I had a cyst cut out last Tuesday .. I am also trying to cut out all fatty and sugary foods .. but do have the occasional lapse/splurge here and there.. I am hoping to walk 20 min a day once I am able to
oops forgot to say that I am too scared to measure myself .. last week they weighed me at hospital which was depressing as I was 82kg... last time I was weighed I was 80kg on the day I was due to have my baby daughter 3yrs ago! and by looking at myself in teh mirror and the way my tummy is podging out .. I seriously doubt there is any cm's lost

I take the C/C at lunch time, I figure to help any bowel movement you need to be walking around, so maybe try taking them at breakfast that way it has all day to work before you go to bed.

hi leabrigitte.. Welcome to the forum.. :) Since when did you start taking your A/S and C/C? And how much weight did you put on? I start taking my a/s to 2 tabs each day 1 in the morning and 1 at night coz i don't want my body to force on something, then after 2or 3 weeks (don't remember) i increase my dose to 3 each day.. Maybe you're body is in adjusting stage right now.. Wait for a little more time to see good results.. :) Then if you can exercise do it, it will help.. :)

@ hotbabe: i don't think that would be a good idea. CC works in conjunction with AS so you will need to take them both the same time to see good results. but i can see from your posts that you are achieving good results with AS alone. that might be the answer that you don't need the CC. you can still try it though. who knows, you'll do better with taking them both. :)
I only take acai slim and it's worked for me. I only had one bottle of colon cleanse and to be honest I don't really need it. I have a fairly healthy diet with plenty of fruit and veges:)
