I was wondering if anyone has a strict diet that they follow and if so what does it consist of. I thought it might help some of the newbies like me and some of the other people that are having trouble loosing weight.

My breakfast is usually saultana bran or just some chopped up fruit. Then lunch what ever is left over from dinner the night before.... if nothing i either have a salad, steamed veg or just a small tin of baked beans on toast. Then dinner is usually lots of veg and either steak, chicken, lamb or quiche.
I make sure though once a week i have a treat of either home made pizza or a low fat pasta.
I usually eat less fatty and sweet foods. They add up to my weight. I usually eat bread or little pasta and drink fresh water. I drink lots of water. It makes me feel full.
