Hi I haven't received my order yet but have ordered the colon cleanse as well. I ordered it a while ago so that I could start taking it on my holidays, however, I am now back at work so when I do EVENTUALLY receive my order, can anyone tell me if I need to be close to a toilet when taking the colon cleanse and how quick does the colon cleanse work?

Hi!
There are no instructions other than telling you to take them twice daily, and you should be right with the toilet, I've been worried about that too (I am on my 24th day now) and havent had a really urgent run to the loo yet! ;]

Thank you... At work the toilet is a long way from where I am so I wouldn't want any embarrassing accidents wink. I am still waiting on my order!! It has been 3 weeks!

Hi guys,
Firstly thanks! bucktooth.gif Yes they are ALL mine...lol... (jameson6, Sahara4, Amali2 and Abbie6mths) I love them... and will squeeze their cheeks for ya! flowerpot.gif
I'm on my 25th day and have lost 600gms... lol... Although I must admit I'm not trying as hard as I could be! ohmygod.gif
I have taken measurements to tho and it seems as if I am losing more in cms than in kgs.

Good luck Tebb! As they always say, stay positive and you'll go long way. I lost 9 kilos in a month's time. My first goal was 8 kilos only but I got a bonus lose of 1 kilo.hehe.

I hope so... I weighed in thismorning after trying a bit harder for the last couple days... and have lost 1kg! w00t.gif Pretty happy with it... however I am doing this on my own atm because my 2nd order still hasn't shown up! steaming.gif

ive lost another 2g.. so total lose is 5.2 kg for 2 weeks.. i can do this my target is to lose 40kg so 34.8kg to go.. woot woot..

Well done to you all!!!!.....I finally received my order after over a month....I am taking 2 As in the morning with 1 CC and the same at night. Do you think this is enough??? I haven't noticed a difference but have not jumped on the scales yet to find out.

good news tebbfordfan.. i take my acai 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, same with my CC 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. i loss 5.2kg for 2 weeks.. i always acompany it with exercise..
