I ordered mine on the 7th of September and still nothing. I have been told I should have them by now and have also spoken to Australia post and my local post office who have not received anything either. Is anyone having this problem I am becoming quite frustrated!!!

Mine took 21 days to arrive. It is very frustrating when they advertise 7-10 days for delivery and looking on this forum it is a common problem. They should be able to obtain specific shipping details, the one they give you is very basic. Good Luck Zobug hope it arrives soon.
My first lot took about 3 weeks to arrive... so I havent started paniccing just yet... However I am disappointed that it doesn't come as fast as they claim!
I know it is very frustrating! Thank you all who have replyed... I will keep you posted as to when they come through! If anyone would like to try and track theirs I am not sure how helpful this site will be as it didnt work for me but someone from the acaislim department called me yesterday and to go onto the website onlineorderinfo.com and type in your details. Hope this helps a little :)
22 days and still waiting, my first order took 10 days, not good enough and not a good look for the company either I think we should be compensated by giving us more Acaislim. :(

RJ45, I lost 2kg in the first 3 or so days and then put them back on and then lost 4kg in 5 weeks, I had to up my dose to 4 of each a day to see results, I also stopped taking CC, I was regular (going to the loo) but when I took CC I only went every 2-3 days I felt better not taking it, other than that I didn't have any side effect, I took 2 acaislim in the morning and 2 at lunchtime. I think I have put it all back on as I havn't tken any in over 3 weeks becase I am still waiting for my 2nd order DAMIT.
@ gyger: just wait for it and it will eventually come. got mine in less than a week's time. i used acai slim for 4 months and then stopped since i have already achieved my weight and stats goal. glad to tell you guys that up to now, i haven;t gain weight yet.. hep hep hooray!!! haha! i am really happy!
I ordered on 11 September. I emailed on the 21st and they told me that they had run out of stock in Aus and had to have my order sent from the US. I was told I should receive the beginning of the following week. Well I didn't! I emailed them again on the 2nd of Oct and got a response yesterday stating "Your order should definitely have arrived by now.
Can you please do the following as this happens from time to time.
Please go down to your local post office and ask them if they are holding your package. Sometimes when the postman attempts delivery and you are not there, they will take the package back to the post office and hold it there. So if you go down to the post office with some identification they may have it there waiting for you."
Not good enough!!! If that was the case my postie would of left a slip or something. I think I have been ripped off and maybe I should have read this forum before placing my order.....
I read this forum before ordering since i was having doubts if I should order or not. I made sure that it is not a scam and people lose weight. It helped me decide. I ordered last week and got mine last 2 days. received mine exactly 6 days after ordering it. Is your location accessible? Did you place the correct address?

I live in Brisbane and my address was correct. They should be able to track the progress of the order, I used to work in the transport industry and it's not that hard to find out where something is.

have you tried the site given in this forum. i just can't remember who gave it but i remember it's like onlineorderinfo.com or onlineinfoorder.com. i don;t know if you can use that but there's no harm in trying.
a new user rj45 received his order in less than 1 week. same with me. and he said he ordered just last week. maybe the company had no stock the time you ordered. i'll keep my fingers crosses. i have a sense it will come.
I live in Brisbane too and I have checked that they have the correct address. The scam onlineorderinfo.com states that my order was shipped on the 12th of September but when I emailed acaislim to ask where my order was they told me it was shipped on the 14th from the US. So dodgy.
thats right Belle they should be able to tell you where it is instead of saying "you should have it". If I had it would I be bloody ringing to see where it is. When I checked the online info it only says when it was shipped, nothing about tracking where the package is now! Once I emailed I found out that it wasn't even shipped on that date as they didn't have it so don't bother checking cos its not true.
And yes my address was correct and I live less than an hour from Brisbane so where the hell is it???
25 days?????? I have been waiting 23 days so maybe there is still hope that my order will finally arrive?? Gee, I hope after this long wait it actually works or I'll be furious!!!
sorry to hear that guys, but i know this is not a scam. this is actually my second order. if only i knew it was this successful, i should have ordered the 4 bottles. i lost 10.2 kg in 2 months of using both as n cc.

Congrats KhloeKobe! What did you do? Are you a female? I am a male and a new user of acai slim. I want to lose weight to tone my muscles and I want abs. But I am a big guy...big in fat! So I should losen up a little to have a toner body. Are there any males here that can give me an advice in losing weight and strengthening my muscles????
