I just checked... my payment for 2nd order was made on the 19th of sep 2010... so not quite 2 weeks ago =Z But im now on my last day of pills today! gahh this sux!
my products came after 1 week but not more than 2 weeks. I agree with Marga. stay positive and wait for the products. It's worth the wait. I lost that freaking 9 kgs away from my body. bye bye 9 kgs! hehe!
23 days and counting....... Ordered on the 11th of September. So much for the advertised 7 to 10 working days! Now makes me doubt everything else they claim! I think I should say goodbye to my $99 wasted......
I ordered mine on the 13th September and I have sent them three emails and they replied to all of them. They said that they had run out in Australia and had to get them from Americia. My order should have arrived last week but it didn't so I sent them another email and this is the reply I got :-I certainly do understand your concern.
Hopefully it will not be too much longer before you receive your order.

Not helpful, huh? Seems you are in the same boat as me! I've ordered things from overseas before (and even the US) and it has never taken this long. I think this may be a scam. So angry at myself for getting sucked in to empty promises!!! I hope yours arrives soon Belle!
Not to brag and I don't want to make you feel unlucky, but I received mine after 6 days of ordering it. I actually started a yesterday and lost 300 grams on the first day. What's unbelievable is I lost weight but only took 1 acai n 1 cc. I will now take twice a day since I did not encounter any side effect. Hope you receive yours soon.

well done RJ45! 3 weeks since I ordered mine and still no pills. Wouldn't mind so much if I thought it would take that long but they do state 7-10 days. Also why should I have to pay for it if they don't even have the stock...at least wait until they have them in Oz until they take my money. Thinking of reporting this company to ACCC :(
It is business days and I have been waiting 16 BUSINESS DAYS!!! Well over the 7 to 10 days quoted on the website. I am thinking of reporting them also. Ridiculous to take your money when they don't even have the stock!!!
i wonder why your order was delayed. i ordered last 27th of september and got it today. maybe those orders on the 1st/2nd week of sep ha a little problem.but i am sure this is not scam. the products are effective on me. don't worry guys, it will eventually come. more patience and the wait is worth it.

I got mine from the Post Office this morning WOO HOO they are my favourite colour. I guess I should think about putting another order in though as it took a month to get here.

How many is everyone ordering! I ordered the 4 bottles. I wonder if we should just place our 0rders just as we get them so we have them when these run out?? lol
i order 4 bottles too.. i think if i had only 1 bottle left i will immediately order 4 bottles again.. lol! im afraid to run out of acai.. lol! but im sure these kind of little problems wont EVER happen again..
It looks like they have had delivery problems before, I was going through some old posts in August and they were also complaining that they took 3 weeks, but some people got theirs quickly.

what I would do if I ran out and wanted more and was awaiting a delivery I would get some from the health food store they may not be quite as strong but cheaper and will suffice til order comes :)
im worrying too.. but i guess if i think i need to order again i will immediately order im afraid that i will ran out of stock, i dont want to wait.. lets cross fingers that this problem will never occur again. im sure it will not.
