Hi Im Beckyboo, a new member and just got my 1st shipment of AS today, I was very impressed with the speedy delivery!! I only orded it Thursday evening and got it Monday mid morn!!!! I hope this actually works, u just never know what u can believe!!

I recieved them today and took one just before lunch and will take one again tonight before dinner, then tomorrow i will take one breakfast them dinner. Well my weight like so many other people is up and down, I recently lost 38kgs and got down to 77kgs (size 12, im fairly tall) all thru eating healthy eating and walking for an hour every night (over the course of 12 months) then I ballooned out to 95kgs purely thru eating junk constantly and not much in the way of exercise either!!! I was so ashamed and dissapointed, all that hard work wasted! But I have gotten back on the right track and currently my weight stands at 88.6kgs so I want to get back down to 77kgs and back into my size 12 summer wardrobe!!!!!!!!
@beckyboo: hi there im also new in this forum and received my products 2 days ago if im not mistaken LOL! So your goal is to lose around 11-12kg right? My goal is to lose 15-18kg. im weighing 78kg now i want to go back to 6okg (this was my weight before pregnancy) lol. I hope we can achieve our goal. keep me updated with your progress, as i will update you with my progress too. good luck! we can do this.

Hi guys... welcome to the forum Beckyboo, i too have just started and it's pretty good, I feel a lot better. I think cheat days are fine, coz ultimately you're only cheating yourself. Once in a while for sure sneak a tim tam or something but I think in your own mind you know if your cheating a little or your having a bad day and going to have to work twice as hard to get back on track. I cheated last night and had one of those marshmellow caramel chocolate santa claus things from K Mart. Oh my god it was sensational LOL, but now I'm not going to do it again for a while LOL I promise Marga LOL
no prob Belle i can manage that LOL and to tell the truth most of the time i don't even think about take-away and junk food now even when the kids are grabbing little snack things (lucky ducks)
Day 2 - previous weight 88.6kg..........current weight as of this morning 88.2kgs.........my diet was good and I also did 1 hr Biggest Loser cardio blast workout! I have decided I am going to up my pills to 3 times a day............10 mins before breakfast, lunch and dinner with a glass of water...........I know it takes a few days for anything to get into ur system so I am hoping for good results after a week or two.
I am looking for some other type of exercise to do. khloekobe suggested pilates. I'm going to see if I can find one in my house. I'm sure I've got one somewhere.

LOL Belle... hope you find your pilate LOL... maybe try zumba it's quite fun my friend has the dvd of it and she seems to enjoy it. I haven't heard of the biggest loser work out, what is it? I just walk different places, it's free.
Yeah its great!! Gets the heart pumping and I've had it for awhile now and it hasnt gotten boring!! Mostly I love getting out there every night and going for a nice brisk, hour long walk.........throw in some hills and im a happy woman!! Plus I have 3 kids 6, 4 & 20 months so it gives me a chance for some "me" time!!!
I have the biggest loser workout (which I love) and I do also have a 20min express Zumba workout, which I dont think is worth all the hype........in my humble opinion!!! Out of everything walking is my fave by far!!! Weighed in this morning and lost 200gms........I didnt get a chance to do any exercise yesterday so I am now down to 88kg exactly..........I so want to be back to 77kg by xmas but I dont think thats gonna happen.........I am interested to see what results I have achieved by the end of the AS bottle, I am still talking 3 a day, one before every meal
Yesterday I was kinda naughty and kinda good. Forgot that I did not have breakfast until lunch time (naughty), went out to lunch with my sister in law and partner, had a bottle of wine between the three of us (excellent for me to share a bottle with 3 others) had grilled calamari and salad (good) wasn't hungry at dinner so didn't eat (kinda naughty) but I did drink lots of water during the day (very good !)

dinkidi...i feel good on fridays so i'll weigh in on fridays LOL and you were so close to being gooder LOL so next time start good then bad etc etc but end on a good
@ beckyboo: i suggest you weigh in only once a week. as per Belle's post, our weight tend to fluctuate everyday so once a week will give you a close-to-accurate result.
Your clothes are also a good indicator. My clothes are starting to get loser and I also have a pair of "tight" shorts that I want to get back into. I might go and try them on.

good luck with the shorts Belle...i have a pair of jeans i am going to use as an indicator but i won't try my indicator out for at least another couple of weeks then i'll surprise myself and slip right into them LOL yeah right LOL oh well i'll get closer to slipping them on anyway LOL
I bought a pants that doesn't fit me, I will use that to see if im really loosing weight. LOL! I'm thinking positive because I know someday I can wear it. LOL!

Just want to share with you about the clothes indicator thingy. I can now wear some of my old clothes! Yey! Super yey! Big time YEY! And my pants? Guess what? I have adjusted my belt hole. so i can wear them perfectly! yey! Again, Super YEY!
good for you...that's a great goal...i'm not going to go for that goal i'll let you have it to yourself...LOL...i had no hips when i was twelve and i probably wouldn't even get an arm in the leg of my decade ago pants LOL
don't forget the straight fringe haircut...LOL...oh no i remember at one stage my hair had a part down the middle then it flicked over both ears LOL OMG those were the days LOL
i still have my fringe, but definitely not the fringe before wherein you have to double it up with a tower high hair! haha. i forgot how you call that hairsyle. hahaha
yeah i remember that one LOL omg or the daggy itchy jerseys my nana used to knit me that matched what ever skirt or pants i was wearing LOL or the one ponytail on the side LOL i have photos of me with that...omg it's nasty LOL
@ gunabe: OMG! i also have that picture when i had ponytail on one side and another picture where i have ponytail both sides.. oh and those big hairs! haha! OMG!!! it reveals our age!!! haha!
