I tried to ring them this morning and got nothing so I have decided to give up. I am now $50 out of pocket and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm never ordering over the internet again.

I just rang that number and left a message belle it went to message bank so the phones are working, I also just sent them another email. I honestly dont think this is a scam I really do just think they are out of stock or inundated with orders at the moment. Dont give up I will let you know when I hear back from them.
Maybe it was not their working hours when you called them belle.little patience my dear.i have a strong feeling yours will come this week.fingers crossed for you.
well i recieved my order rather quick but i think its a load of crap i have eaten healthy and exercised and have seen no change.. your not missing anything apart from your money..
yea i dont think its that great. doesnt really work. and just be careful about other sites cause we tried one, ordered from it, realised there was an australian one (this acai) and then tried to cancel the other one that was from america but they kept charging to our account and in the end we had to get a new credit card.
all the acai products will be the same because the berries only grow in one part of the world so im assuming that if one doesnt work then none of them will because i have bought a different brand from the local health food store and they dont seem to work either.
Nothing =( But I weighed in today and have lost another 300gms! So I am happy with that... feeling pretty sick tho... I think I have tonsillitis again... maybe run downa dn not eating enough so its my own fault =/
