i am about to head to the post office to get mine wohoot,

Question? I am working nightshift tonight would you suggest I start it today or wait till I have my first day off tomorrow?

I am concerned I may have to use the amenities alot lol

@ pixi: i would suggest you to use teh products tomorrow (which i think was today..lol) sorry for the later reply.

are you working night shift for tonight only or would you be working night shift regularly? if so, you may take the products regularly during the night. consider the dinner as your breakfast.your 12 in the morning as your lunch and breakfast as your dinner.it's just like rotating your usual meals so you know when to take your acai.

if you are working night shift once only, i would suggest you to wait and use the products after your night shift. good luck dear!:)

thankyou so much marga, I have been doing shift work for 7 years now and my meals I adjust accordingly lol I am a bit of a freak when people ask me

When doing Night shift I have my 1st meal lunch at around 7pm and then my 2nd meal dinner at around 1am and then my 3rd meal breakfast at about 6.30am when I get home.

When I am on Afternoon shift I do the same just the times are different

When I am working Morning shift 5am or 6am starts I have breakfast like normal and then swap lunch and dinner meals around so I am not going to bed on a really big meal. I have to go to bed at 7-9pm on these shifts

On days off I eat like a normal person does LOL

whew! shift work! i admire people who can do those shift works. i have once been in a night shift but i asked my supervisor to change my sched. i had a hard time sleeping in the morning/afternoon so i was like a zombie whenever i go to work.lol! i am more effective in the regular shift..that's when i feel normal maybe? lol!

i guess you will also need to adjust your acai schedule to whenever you eat your meals.

I do also struggle with night shift marga but not anywhere near as bad as I used to thank goodness :)

@ pixi: i see. just take extra care when you leave house late or go home too early.that was my concern when i moved to the night shift before.i never felt at ease leaving the house late or going home around 4 in the morning.

oh me either I get a bit nervous so I have installed a house alarm :) Its great I can even have it on at night and I section it off to the rooms I want alarmed while I sleep how cool is that?

@ pixi: that's nice to know. safety is important especially when you leave alone in the house. like me. good thing i got friendly neighbors and a guard dog.
