I have still been only having my 4800 kjs a day... feeling pretty sick... I have tonsillis again and hubby is working nightshift tonight =/ good news is my weight is still down 1.5kgs since I started the A/S (but as you guys know I have run out and am doing it on my own atm!) Common 89kgs! I cant wait to see you on my scales!!!
chunkybums just be careful that your not more susceptible to getting sick on so few kj's a day. You have to remember you run around after kids all day so you need a little more energy throughout the day which means more kj's. We dont want you getting sick now :) Even if you increase it up to 5000kj's just say another nice piece of fruit or a muesli bar anything with lots of energy in it a Banana would be good too. Look after yourself dear we need you around here coz your such a good source of inspiration
Awwww thanks guys!... Yeh I dont think I've been having enuff to eat either... But i've got to the point now where there are NO hunger pains and eating makes me feel queazy! =/ I feel like I have morning sickness again! lmbo... I will start with breaky thismorning, see how I go... I even turned downa Seared Chicken and bacon burger from maccas last night... (hubby was happy cause he took it to work!) lol the thought of putting something in my mouth... grose, it really does make me feel sicky! LOL... big change to 6 weeks ago when if I saw it I had to eat it!!! LOL I just wish my A/S would come soon... I feel all bloated and full inside... I know the A/S was good for fixing that!
that is the worst piece of public relations they could have bought on themselves that is a freaken joke...I will seriously consider an alternative site
I seen an add on TV about this site. They also had info on it on a few different news shows. I reckon threaten them with going to the media, then everyone will see how incompetent they are! They really need to get their **** together as they have many, many unsatisfied customers!
I know it may seem a little over the top, but this is just unacceptable! We pay for our goods, we should receive them within a week I think!!! Maybe that's what it will take for them to work their **** out! They promote this as being an Australian company, yet everything is being shipped from overseas. I understand that the berries are produced in another country, but this is beyond a joke :( I can't believe you guys waited a month or more, I've been waiting 2.5 weeks and I'm very unhappy with this service.
Hi Kayla and Pixi1971, I'm with you guys. I won't ever buy from this site again. They make so many promises and don't deliver (literally!!). I waited over 3 weeks and got the same templated emails that a lot of others got about the delay. Ridiculous!
i am sorry to hear about these guys. i am not a big fan of the company but i believe that they are doing their best to give what's due for us. i lost 50 kgs in 4 months because of acai slim. i did everything but to no avail before using these products. with acai slim, i felt less hungry and more motivated. that's why i achieved my weight goal.
also, a lot have received their products last week and this week. and i never heard of anyone NOT receiving theirs since this forum has started.just a little patience guys, we should blame the customs.

Marga I really dont have a problem with the product infact I love the energy I have now I am taking it...I have a problem with the company. I find them unreliable and I honestly dont like hearing excuses. I emailed them and told them I wanted an upfront honest answer. They told me in the end it was AQIS who was holding things up due to the large quantity they were importing as it was unusual....I keep reading about so many individuals who got the same speech I got....template email after template email...love the product so far not the company. If the company smarten up I will change my thinking :)

hi guys.. yeah maybe the delivery is their biggest problem for now. but after reading the replies of the company i can say that they were really sorry for their inconveniences.. i just hope that this kind of little problems wont show up again..
I sent them an email advising of the 53 day wait in total, and the 20 day wait for the promised replacement order.
The reply:
"I am very sorry about this and I will certainly pass your feedback on to my manager regarding this. Hopefully you receive your package in a few days"
So basically after emails and a 33 day wait, they said they would sent a replacement order, after 20 days waiting for the replacement I am getting the same responses.
Honestly how hard is it to send a parcel?

Cat I am so sorry you have had to wait so long. If you are desperate just go to a health food store and grab some till you get the ones you really want...I you like can pm you a health food site online that will deliver fast just to keep you going

Hi guys, I ordered my first package last august and received it within 5 days. I think they still were good that time. I placed my second order last october 11 and received my package this morning. So I think they have already resolved their problem of the shipping. I hope I am correct.
I will start my dosage tomorrow. I am so excited!!!
Home from work . Still nothing. Getting very upset by all of this. Now onto 3rd glass of wine to relax. If not here tomorrow, will go online and dorder from someone else and I guess cut my losses.
