thats a great idea I am a shift worker so its hard to weigh same time on a particular day so will play it by ear but perhaps can just do what you suggest, I am really happy with a 300gram loss
300gr is great, you are doing a fantastic job, small losses especially when you don't have much to lose is better anyway.
I've lost 400gr last week, while waiting for my Acai I decided to change my diet, I've been eating out for lunch alot lately so decided that I don't need dinner if I've eaten a big lunch, I'm not hungry why eat, I've also increased my water intake. I ran out of my green coffee which was supressing my appetite, it has arrived now so at least I can get some help in the not hungry department ! Although on saying that I jumped on the scales today and am down another 500gr but it's not Friday yet so can't really count that but am feeling thinner today for some reason.

I cant really explain it I had pizza last wednesday evening but surely given all that I exercise I do and then to have lost weight afterwards then gain it back and then some for 1 pizza night I doubt it. My toilet habits over the last few days havent been great either.
Nevermind I have faith I can lose weight will continue on I know that you do go up and down on the scales I do weights at the gym too so I could be losing centimetres. I wont know that for a few weeks yet.
I will keep going regardless :)

I will measure again in about 2 weeks dinkidi, my personal trainer does it and refuses to do it more often than that lol I will be lucky if she will do it in 2 weeks lol...actually she returns from the USA on thursday next week so perhaps she will do it then before the next phase of my training...I am about to embark on endurance training with her...PLEASE HELP EEEEEEEK!!! lol
Not to worry pixi, you will get there! I agree with dinkidi, weights at the gym could definitely be playing a part in the weight gain so will be interesting to see your next lot of measurements. Also, if you're feeling good and your clothes aren't feeling tight, that's another positive!
I've been a little dejected too having only lost approx 2kg after my first bottle of AS (doesn't help I have to be maid of honour at a wedding on Saturday, it's an emotional rollercoaster!) but have lost 2cm from my hips, 3cm from my tummy. Moral of the story is, success can be measured in other ways, so try not to let the number on the scale get you down! x
Hi all, this is where I will put all my weight updates from now on I think its much easier to see it all in one post....so I shall edit my first post each time
I have decided to weigh myself everyday and document it...I have a feeling that it depends on the day you weigh yourself as to how much you are likely to lose or gain...my work pants feel looser but apparently on my weigh in day I gained weight 400grams on my starting weight and gained 900grams on my weight in that week alone so I think it will make a difference.
I am noting date, time and weight the time is important for me as I work shift work many different shifts.
Because I work shift work I eat my meals at different times of the day and when say I am on my last day off I eat a meal at a normal time and the next morning if I wake say at 4.30am my meal hasnt had the chance to digest really so I will definitely weigh more in this case
Here is what I have documented since I started
14/10/10 5pm 53.5kg STARTING WEIGHT
19/10/10 10am 53kg DAY OFF
24/10/10 10am 52.8kg DAY OFF
27/10/10 10am 53.7kg DAY OFF
28/10/10 4.30am 54.1kg
29/10/10 4.30am 53.3kg
29/10/10

Thanks for sharing your story. Remember good things come in small packages. Love yourself first before anyone else. Be positive girl and it will all happen. I wish you all the best.
@ nessyt: nice to hear that. i like that last line "success can be measured in other ways, so try not to let the number on the scale get you down". it's very helpful to people.muscle weight is heavier than fat weight.
@ pixi: since you go to the gym, it would be better to measure yourself up instead of weighing.it would be more accurate.but anyway, looser pants means a lot. so congrats on that! Goal: 36-24-36 with AcaiSlim
@ belle: glad your hips are just fine today. had a blast at the halloween party. i only ate a little pasta, chicken and tea.fruits with chocolate fountain for dessert.yeah, was a little naughty with the dessert. haha! Goal: 36-24-36 with AcaiSlim
