I just wanted to say thanks to everybody... I really hope you all reach your goals. What a great bunch of supporting people we have on this forum...I really look forward to signing in each day and checking out everyone's progress.
Week one...I've lost 3.4kgs in just 8 days...I'm so stoked and it has given me a huge boost to keep on going...
How many did you end up taking a day? When my next order comes I plan on taking 4 a day as when I only took 2 it suppressed my appetite and I lost small amounts (in grams not kilos !)

I've been taking 4 per day...2 in the morning and 2 at 5 pm in the evening...I've not been taking colon cleanse tho and I intend to start on the weekend. I work fulltime and just haven't been game to start. my work doesn't allow me to just run off to the loo at will...I thought the weekend was a safe time to start...
I have a 11mth old golden lab/retriever, his name is Hudson... he's a very doppy dog, and has completely distroyed my gardens..lol... but I still love him.
yeah she is 11 months old now she pees herself for everything if she hasnt just been!!
She sleeps in my room on her bed next to my bed if I stir she jumps on the side of the bed and pees little drops, I have a mat down to catch it,when I get home, I try to make her go before coming inside so I can actually greet her lol I giver her a treat if she goes before I let her in....visitors well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they must greet her outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She pees if she is worried she get into trouble um when doesnt she pee??? Only when I ask her to lol...Nah she is actually pretty good at going when asked but I have a doggy door so she takes herself out....but I wont let her up for a cuddle on couch unless she goes out for pee or she gets too excited she is getting up lmfao
~She is so gorgeous... My uncle Chris has 2 king Charles Cavaliers (um Sam and Quinn I think is their names) I dont see him very often but I now they are like his kids. They are very cute too! We had them stay here once a few years back when he went away... they were just like little people! lol
Lily is very cute dog but you can see that she is a bit insecure. I got my dog from Peninsula Animal Aid (I work there on Sats) and he is eight years old and he is a nervous dog. I treat him like he's a baby and I like to spoil him as well and take him for a walk everyday. He is a very well behaved dog except for the being nervous thing.

yeah its a shame huh but the insecure ones are such the loving ones...she is just never really sure where she stands but I am sure she will grown in that department in time she is really sweet too she stands on your thigh if you kneel down and she gives you a proper cuddle she puts her head on your shoulder and nuzzles in
thanks she is very sweet however!! I was stirring at about 5am this morning do you think she would let me go back to sleep??? Not likely, oh well have to clean house today it is terrible she knew I needed time before this afternoon to do that?? what a clever girl hahaha
for dogs urinating whenever they are excited/nervous. first check for UTI. if there is no UTI, do confidence building training with your dog.
teach it tricks or give it tasks to complete. do not use negative reinforcement when training and when he/she has an accident ignore it.
also, when you first come home do not pay attention to your dog. ignore it completely for at least 90 seconds or until the dog calms down, then give it a reward for being calm.
make sure when you do come home if she doesn't urinate you reward her and do not scold her when she does.
i had a dog just like this, we were not mean to it or anything but we think the people that had her before us must of beat her. we just had to take our time with her, let her get to trust us. sometimes they pee when they know they have done something wrong like get into the trash or poop lol.
