anyone else had this problem in the beginning???

Hi guys, I know that your great with giving advice so thought I would ask you all.

Since I started to take acai and the colon cleanse the first couple of days were ok I would wake in the morning and feel like my stomach was really flat..but since then I have felt bloated and have had a few issue's in the bathroom department ie not going much at all...and if I do its not easy let me tell you lol...I know we dont want to talk about this sort of thing but I need to know lol

Did anyone else have this problem?  If so what did you do to help with it?

I am currently taking acai and colon cleanse 3 times a day

What do you all suggest....I am even scared to weigh myself on wednesday as I feel really heavy right now lol

Your advice would be appreciated heart.gif

@ pixi: never felt this before but i think your body is in the adjustment stage. especially you take the products on different times(i think that factor would affect it). but i wouldn't suggest you to wake up just to take it regularly. you still need to take it before meals.did you start with 3 right away?i would suggest try using it on the regular dosage first of 2 per day. 1 acai plus 1 cc before breakfast and 1 acai plus 1 cc before dinner.we'll see by then.

regarding the hard thing on the bathroom department, try eating high fiber foods to help it all out.:)

Thanks for your reply marga I might drop back to 2 per day and see how I go...I eat loads and loads of fibre perhaps I need to increase my water intake to help it out a little lol

Hi Guys

I am only taking 1 as b4 brekkie and 1as b4 dinner and I am having no problems at all. I think the colon cleanse is the problem, maybe you should cut back on it or even have a break for a day and see what happens.

Pixi & Shar, I found similar problems to start with... I've had a lot of issues going to the toilet regularly so once I started the AS/CC I was going much more regularly (I take 1 CC morning and 1 CC before dinner. I take 3 AS/day at breakfast, lunch, dinner) but I was still feeling extremely bloated and blocked up after eating my dinner.

As Marga suggested, I thought it might be my body just adjusting to the product so I gave it a couple of weeks. Am just into my third week and feel heaps better - tummy is flat in the morning and stays that way til I go to bed.

It was really, really uncomfortable at times but if you can stick through that bloated feeling for a week or two, I think it will settle.

Hope that helps put your mind at ease a little :)

I didn't have the "I can't go to the toilet" thingy, in fact if I was a bit naughty I'd need to go, quite quickly !!

Drink plenty of water hun! Always helps flush the system xx I know how uncomfortable it gets... I suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrom) Never know whats happening one day to the next... I can be all clogged up and horible one day and litterally running to the loo (a few times) the next day... its awfull not knowing what to expect... I know I cant eat garli and onion anymore (since having my gall bladder removed... my bowels feel like they turn inside out... BUT I LOVE GARLIC AND ONION! I cook a LOT of italiano here... kids will eat it... but now have to cut out the garlic and onion... =( sux...
You can buy "Laxettes" from Coles... its a VERY MILD Laxitive (chocolate squares, lol...kinda yummy actually) you take 1-3 pieces b4 bed and in the morning you will relieve yourself quite easily... I have used them on many occassions...(being preg, baby can sit in the most inconvienient of places and make you all clogged up) So they are even safe enuff for during preg... like I said very mild and worth the relieving!!! Hope this helps babe!!! xx

I've had my gallbladder removed and a lap nissen fundoplication op as well and I don't have problems any more but I used to. I just get excruciating pains when I overeat.

@ shar: i would also suggest you cut back on the colon cleanse and we'll see from there. your body may be adjusting. nessyt might be correct. since your body is adjusting, that "feeling" shall pass soon.

@ chunkybums: oh so ironic! i hate onions and garlic. i hate the after taste..haha! but what's ironic is i love onion rings and they are my fave! my friends and family also love my home-made onion rings. and i agree with you. water is very important in helping us do the toilet thing easy.
