I ordered my pills on 22nd September and since then have been waiting & waiting. I called John and sent emails to customer support and lodged an enquiry with Paypal. Now finally after everything when the pills have reached Aus, it is being held by quarantine.
I really hope they do not ask us to pay extra because they had to inspect the items. i had ordered for a special type of flour from overseas a couple of years ago and was charged $120 by quarantine as they had to inspect it.
Hi windy, I seriously doubt if they will charge you for inspecting your order as thats their job to inspect stuff..they only charge for treatments on things or they charge people a fine for not declaring but I have not heard of them ever charging to open a parcel to look at the contents to make sure they are ok...They check thousands of passengers everyday and there is no charge.
@ windy: sorry to hear tha again. i guess you posted this twice. anyway. my hopes are for you getting your products. just a little patience, i think after the quarantine it will be then near your area.so you'll receive them soon. i can't wait for you to say the wait is ovah!!!
