So far I have lost 4kgs in the 2 weeks that I have been taking this stuff, I had to stop taking the pills for about 4 days last week because I had a terrible viral attack.
I have been watching my diet, avoiding any thing fried, rice, pasta etc. I drink a lot of cranberry juice which is good for water retention. I snack on dry fruits such as almonds, walnuts, pistachio and for sugar cravings I eat a handful of sultanas or a piece of fruit. Feeling good and motivated. Havent started the exercising yet due to being ill.
