Is anyone eating any special diet food, or got any good recipes and food ideas to share, I am just about to start, my first shipment just arrived, very excited at results I am hearing about
hi kath am also newish i have not got my product yet but i have been dieting for a while i just avoid crabs,sugar and deep fried stuff ,have smaller portions of food rather than large ...the biggest thing for myself was to change my mind set, dont know if that helps but it works for me ... i wish you good luck....... whoops just read that again that should say carbs lol not bloddy crabs

i dont have any recipe to give you kath but i will advice you to eat fruits, vegetables, tuna, low carbs and low fat foods.. no sweets, no rice, no junks.. i eat celery everytime i feel hungry coz celery helps burn calories LOL:) one more thing exercise heaps.. :) good luck to you..

hotmama...yeah CC works for me i go more regular and feel lighter but i'm wondering if i just add bran cereal to my diet if it would do the same...just getting stingy with money that all...xmas always nearly kills my bank balance LOL what do you think??
@gunabe: Ok I understand. I just thought that c/c doesn't work to you. But if it has only a little difference with the cost I think you just stay with C/C, because if you might stop taking c/c then have another one (the tea) your body will need to adjust again.

Thanks Marga for the post. I agree with the "peanuts" thing. It's a great source of protein, it also makes us feel "full" because of the protein content! Take an acai then eat peanuts if you feel you are hungry!
maybe your right hotmama, will compare everything i think, thanks for that @ hotbabe...i thought peanuts weren't good to have?? hey is vegemite good or bad??
