Wow, two days that's pretty incredible ! Welcome to the forum loggicat and good luck. The best instructions you can get is by reading some of the posts, the reactions vary greatly from person to person and we adust as necessary, start by taking 1 of each in the morning and the evening and up it to a max of 4 of each per day if you find you are not getting results.

Hi Everyone, are you supposed to receive any instructions when you receive your products. I received mine after only two days. Will start Monday.
