Hi Guys,

I have been floating around this forum for a few weeks now finding out information about acaislim and how best to use it.

I recieved my order on Thursday last week and have been using it since then. I am taking 1 AS and 1 CC twice a day.

I have a hell of alot of weight to lose. I am currently 94.3kg, but at only 145 cm high, this leaves me with a BMI of 45.

I need to lose at least 30kg to start enjoying life again.

Being so short, I have always struggled with weight gain, but over the last 7 years, and three children later I am at the heaviest I have ever been. My health has started to suffer, and I have so little energy it scares me.

Although my husband loves me dearly, I know that my body size disgusts him and that I know he wants me to change.

I have started using AS and CC even though I am breastfeeding my youngest child, who is 3 months old. I am doing this in despiration as I need to lose weight quickly and cannot wait the 18 months until I stop breastfeeding. With this in mind, I am monitoring both my body's response to AC and CC as well as my little man.

After 6 days the only effect I am feeling is slight cramps in the abdomen and lack of appetite.  My boy is pooing normally and is still feeding fine.

I have not lost weight yet, but then I have been away for the weekend on a family reunion and not really watched what I ate.

smilesmile hi Clair...reading through your story i am a little sad nono but Clair with people in this forum you will do fantastic...if i remember correctly breast feeding itself can shed pounds...its been awhile since i did that but i'm sure it can help...i never got any side effects but the loss of appetite is what AS does so that's a good thing...i think the main secret you'll find with everyone is exercise little or a lot and diet...not starve but healthy diet...when you think your starving eat apples or celery it helped me at the beginning and now it just happens...i'm sure the weight will shift before you know it...good luck Clair and remember we're all here when you need some advice or just wana chat LOL smilesmile the CC is great i am too taking this and it helps regulate my loo visits and i feel a lot lighter because it gets rid of the toxins in my body...well that's what the ad said anyway, the fact it came free had nothing to do with it LOL yeah yeah o.k it did but it can't hurt it's helping detox my system inside LOL can't wait to hear your results and be amazed by how well your doing :)

Hi Clair

You should be able to lose weight on these tablets. I found that initially the weight loss was slow but after being on these tablets for a month and watching what I eat and exercising the weight is started to come off quite quickly now.

I have always had trouble losing weight (but I can gain weight really easily which sucks) but I have found that if I'm persistent it comes off eventually.

Thanks guys

Week 1 down.

Unfortunately weigh in was sabotaged by my little  man who slept through the night for the first time in ages - which mean't  my boobs were full..... which then showed as a weight gain.

I weighed my little man and he put on 200g so I am happy that these pills are not affecting him.

Will keep going - am feeling better in myself. I am researching Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) at the moment to combat my emotional eating problems. Has anyone else tried these techniques??

sabotaged...i like that...LOL...glad your feeling better within yourself it all helps and that's great...good luck with EFT i haven't tried it i don't eat because of emotional problems i eat coz i gave up smoking and found out food has flavour and i like it, i like it a lot, LOL and now i'm paying for it LOL glad little man is healthy too that's great...

Hey Clair I am a newbie too and am hearing you-I've been on acaislim 1week now and managed to put on 1.2kg WHAT THE? I've eaten bugger all this week it seems to be suppressing my appetite so it is a little disheartening especially after reading everyone elses positive feedback (half there luck)lol!!! But that said I am trying to remain positive and hoping things will start to happen for us soon!!!!!?????

It sometimes takes a while for the weight to drop. I think our body likes to hang onto the fat for some reason. 

The only way you can lose big amounts of weight is to eat only veg and meat and do four hours of exercise a day. I'd rather go the slow route.....


I know 30kg seems like a lot but once you start losing kjs and get off the first 10kj you'll be at your goal weight in no time.

Yep - just taking it one step at a time.

EFT - is using energy points on your hands and face and touching them and saying positive things.... am learning about it as a way to combat emotional eating.

Will let you all know if it works.

I found I lost cm's before kg's, sugarfree did you measure yourself? It's a much better indication especially early on.

OH I know I shouldn't have but couldn't help getting on the scales again today after feeling good about what I ate yesterday and going for a half hour walk and I'm proud to report I lost 400 grams YAY YAY that only means I'm 800grams heavier than I was when I started haha!!!BUT.....I do feel a lot happier this morning as a consequence and think maybe this is the start for me of a beautiful weight loss journey yee ha!!! OH and lmao belle and hotmama you dont have to worry there's no chance of me ever starving myself I love my food way too much for that but the acai seems to have suppressed my appetite all day I just fall into a hole in the evenings after dinner when I'm curled up on couch watchin tv maybe I should give up tele lol!?!!Oh and dinkidi I will get my tape measure out cos I haven't done that for a few months!!!

I'm always hungry after I eat my dinner for some reason, so I have some fruit. I also like crunchy muesli bars, they're only 370kj compared to a chocolate bar which is 1500 or so kj. 

You can still eat while your watching tele just make sure it's nothing to fattening or to salty.

I ate a small packet of chips one night b4 I went to bed and the next day I'd put on weight.

I avoid chips at night now.

Yeah so hearing you there Belle-I love to snack on chips any time of the day or night they are my arch nemesis lol! I find it hard to say no to junk when everyone in the house is eating it in front of me-I know if it was just me it would be easier but lets be realistic I have a partner and kids and the by myself thing NEVER happens ha ha so I just have to learn to say NO!!!! NO NO NO NO its not that hard I just need to put it into practice bwah ha!!!Good luck Belle!!!

hotbabe I don't eat peanuts because they are fattening and full of salt. I am really good I only eat fruit and have a muesli bar.

Belle I have the lose your love handles in 10days guide I received with my ab circle pro and one of the rules is no fruit after 4pm because it recognises it as sugar-I can type out the 15 rules if anyone is interested?

A lot of the stuff they write is bull**** I have fruit at night and I am losing weight. Yes fruit is sugar but it's healthy sugar as appossed to the unhealthy sugar in a chocolate bar or a biscuit.

I am counting calories and I am avoiding nuts because they have too many calories. You make me feel like I'm a complete ****head not knowing what I'm doing.

 

I did exactly the same thing when I had to loose weight after having my daughter. The only difference for me is that I'm taking acai slim.

Hi Belle. i don't think it's ______. It's good that you still lose weight even if you have fruits at night. i agree with you though that fruit sugar is healthier as compared to other sugar. i don't remember anyone saying that fructose is bad for the body. it's just that sugar, in any form, makes us feel hungry, this is the reason why i believe sugarfree said she doesn't want to take it in the afternoon, so she won't get hungry at night time.

Hey belle totally wasn't trying to make you feel like or insinuate that you are a ****head and I'm sorry if that's the way you took it!!!!! I was just trying to share some information that I had read with you all and hoping to get some feedback on what everyone else thinks and what all your experiences have been with this?? I was unaware of your weight loss history so I wasn't having a dig-personally I think whatever works for each of us would be different and I agree with you that snacking on fruit would be better than other crap so it if that's whats working for you then you should go for it but some others it may not be the case!!!

Someone told me it was hormonal, whatever that means.

Hey BELLE-so not an issuesmile I read back on what I'd said and realised it did sound a bit blunt like I was telling you what to do lol I so didn't mean it like that but sometime when I'm typing something gets lost in the translation like my true emotion ha ha!!! confuse

Yeah sometimes I wish I didn't it's really hard for people to live up to each others expectations at times when we are all so different but I think that might be a story for another site-relationship crisis or something ha ha!!!
