hi razor ,, welcome ..it would be very help full to you if you exercise i think you will see results alot quicker if you do rather than not ,maybe just start off with some brisk walking

it will be best if you couple your a/s with exercise. sweating is still different. it also promotes good blood circulation.. and all those stuff. maybe an hour walk per day will help you start everything!
