o.k guys i forgot where i wrote my last weight in etc LOL but i found two odd socks and the measuring tape YAY FOR ME!!

started AS and CC 3rd Nov

5th November nono
bust - 98.5
waist - 90.0
abs (lol) - 119.0
hips - 120.5
thighs x2 - 148.0
arms x2 - 62.0
weight - 86.0
body fat - 34.2
BMI - 29.07

8days later i weighed but didn't measure smilesmile remember the gremlins took the tape LOL
weight - 83.7

19th November biggrinbiggrin
bust - 95.50
waist - 88.0
abs (lol) - 115.0
hips - 118.0
thighs x2 - 146.0
arms x2- 62.0
weight - 83.8 confuse
body fat - 33.5
BMI - 28.66

so all up i'v lost 13.5 cms but gained 100g hmmconfuse

then this morn i weighed because i was interested to know how i went over the weekend - guys i have to confess i couldn't walk past the trifle bowl twice without having some LOL anyway this morn i weighed and i'v lost 700g so i weighed in at 83.1 smilebiggrinsmilebiggrinsmileconfuse

oh well thanks to all you guys i'm doing o.k at this AS and CC i think and i'm pretty happy with whats happening...  :)

@ gunabe: WOW! WOW! and another WOW! you lost cm in all areas of your body and that 700 grams lost was amazing. you lost both in scales and measuring tape. congrats on that honey! you deserve my two thumbs up and a tap at the back!!! :)

OMG That Is so awesome GUNNABE keep up the good work!!! I must admit that I couldn"t go past the mint slices that everyone was passing around over the weekend but I still managed to lose weight-2kilos in the past 3days I am so on this band wagon now lmao!!!

thanks again guys for the support smilesmile i'm going to leave it for a couple of weeks before i weigh and measure again i think...i want a big surprise next time too LOL and i thought i'd let you all know i'm slowly recovering from my scale dependancy syndrome LOL now i have cut down to checking my weight only once an hour LOL just kidding, i'm going to be strong and hold out for a couple of weeks well at least a week before i check again LOL biggrinbiggrin

HA HA GUNNABE you too with the scale dependency-I'm trying to cut down too I'm down to
5 times in different position in the morning LOL! If the scale says I put on weight I try move it around til it says I didn't and if it says I lost weight I move it around cos I'm not sure it's right-
WHAT THE what is up with that? ROFLOL

yeah how weird is it...love the part where you make it say what you want...actually i am guilty of the moving it round part...kinda...but i reset it all the time LOL has same effect LOL wonder if anyone else as bored as us LOL

don't push yourself too hard Gunabe, maybe leave it a week not two ! You'll end up a nervous wreck.  I too am going to try and make it to next weigh day which is Monday, omg that is so far away !!

LOL dinkidi... i know what ya mean...they'll be locking me up for nervous twitches coz i am trying not to stand on the scales LOL...o.k i'll go for Monday, by the way i weighed in bout 5 mins ago LOL couldn't help it i was filling up the hand wash and the damn scales were saying 'go on stand on me no one will know' LOLK but that's it i promise i'm not going into that bathroom til Monday...don't worry guys i have an ensuite with no scales so i'm still going to shower LOL

I too am going to try and hold out til monday this scale business is getting out of hand we need to go cold turkey and put them in the cupboard-I might do that now and weigh myself one more time just to say goodbye ROFLOL!! OH and yes G I am so ****ing bored I'm deliriously cracking myself up here but the say "he who can laugh at himself will alway be amused"!! Actually I might put that as motto how do you do that thing at the bottom of your page??

hi guys biggrinbiggrin well got no @#!$%& idea what going on after all that time of being really good (kinda good) and walking past the scales all the time something went wrong i now weigh 83.5 confuseconfuse LMFAO iv put on 400gms nono i guess i on the rollercoaster with ya S...suppose this is payback for the mini cupcake jokes LOL oh well it could have been a lot worse LOL oh my god iv eaten some @#$% this week LOL i think tho maybe iv lost some more in cms coz i feel a little smaller, unfortunately not in the ass region (fingers crossed cm loss all over LOL) i didn't measure i still in shock from scales, think the !@#$%^ things hate me for ignoring them LOL oh well guys i'll keep plodding along, still happy i havent wacked on too much weight smilesmile

Ok, I think I've worked out the reason I wasn't losing weight, I've been testing it for almost a week, and yes my scale addiction is back because of it !!

@G...Oh drumstick girl don't beat yourself up-what's a few hundred grams and a couple of drumsticks between friends LOL!!! Are you telling me everything are you sure there wasn't a couple of mini cupcakes in there or maybe some chips ROFLOL!!! Don't worry steer clear of the freezer and you'll kill it next week!!! I'm still weighing everyday LOL and at least I haven't put on again I'm still only 100grams more than what I was when I started LMAO!!!
@DD..I'm losing track I thought you were losing weight?

Hey Sugar, that's what I'm calling you now, it sounds better. 

I know I haven't been as good as I could be I have put in a fair effort and should be seeing a bit more of a result than I am.

On the 1st November I started at 91.5, then went to 91.4 next week, 90.1 the following week, 90.7 the next week and this week am back to 90.1.

Ok, I've lost some and greatful for that, but 1.4 kilos in 5 weeks !! Not quite happening as quick as I'd like, I'll be dead before I see mid 80's LOL which is where I'd like to be, mid to low 80's would make me still more than I should be but I would be happy with that.

Oh and by the way, I think the only reason I lost this week is because as of Friday I put into practice my new eating plan !  I jumped on the scales this morning and I was (not that it counts until Monday) 89.5.  So I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and see what happens for Monday, if it's a good result then I'll more permanently do it coz it will give me inspiration to keep going.

I'm still weighing everyday LOL but I like to know if what I did the day before is working of making me gain!!! This morning I had lost 500grams went from 81.9 to 81.4 which means I've lost 400grams since I started but more than I was last monday LOL!! I'm bit over the YO YO but I think my key to losing is not eating much at night!!

Was it you DD that was also drinking the Green Coffee? Me and mum had a discussion with one of her friend who is a naturopath of sorts and I was doing the coffee thing for a few month before I started acai and lost about 5kg which we now think would have been the initial bowel cleansing weight I should have lost when starting the pills so that's why it is taking a bit longer for me to start losing!!! I think that sounds like a reasonable explanation and my mum is still losing but she is heavier than I am too!!! Does that make sense to you?

Yes I am on Green Coffee, and what you said does make sense.  The coffee still suppresses appetite too, not sure what good it's doing but it tastes ok and I would drink coffee in the morning anyway so why not one that claims to help weight management.

Marga, I finally started to listen to what people have been telling me over many years, and put together stuff that I've researched and heard of since, basically I'm trying to cut down on carbs which I really love, but not cutting them out totally I think that is impossible because there are carbs in things you don't expect carbs to be in !

For example if I have a choice of two biscuits to have with a dip I look at the packet and choose the one with less carbs (so I can still enjoy things that I enjoy) if I eat some cheese off a cheese platter I'm not having a biscuit with it etc etc.

But at the same time I'm increasing protein, although I used to eat a fair bit of fish I'm trying to make sure there are less carbs in my meal but more protein.

Of course I am also taking A/S and C/C which is helping with the appetite suppresing and extra energy, as well as having a Green Coffee each morning.

I should be exercising more and I have bought a skipping rope that tells me how many skips I have done, I have tried it, it's not a simple as it used to be when I was 30 years younger i must say !!  I need to use them more though and I'm sure the weight results will really start to show.

@ dinkidi: i agree. our body needs carbs so it would not be a good idea to cut it all.keep up the spirit, i know you will achieve your desired weight results because of your positivity. :)
