Hey guys, about to start tomorrow. straight into 22 in the morning and 2 at night(2x CC at night as well??)
Hoping to lose 20 kg in 2mnths max faster is better, have lost 14kg from wheight training at gym over the past 4-5mnths.
I got 2 weeks of starting next week so ill be there for 2hrs or so in the morning and 2 at night, hoping AC will help drop some fat. but enough about me, is there a diet the site supports or we just winging it?

hi DG......22 in the morning might make you sick LOL hope that's a misprint...wow you'v done fantastic with just the weight training...good on ya...yeah the AS and CC really helps with the weight loss, you can email the company and they will send you a copy of the diet they recommend to follow...good luck with your weight loss journey and your goal
