Lol, just to let you in on a secret, I own my own business and work 3 days a week, for those 3 days I log on to this forum first thing and don't log out until I go home !!  So I am on here probably more than some of you but I just don't always say stuff !!

hey everyone! of course i have not left you guys. why would i? i love this forum and have shared lots of things wth you. yes, i have achieved my weight goal but that doesn't mean i would leave you. i went to taiwan for almost a week to attend a summit with my boss. it was hella busy week i tell you. meetings everywhere, but it was fun, i had some time of the whole day to go out and explore the city of taipei. people were friendly too but had a big time language barrier! only few can understand and speak in english so it was mostly sign language.

anyway, i am back...can i get a warm welcome hug from everyone??? awww!!! i missed you all! :)
