Hi would like to know basically if you are on the toilet a lot with the CC. Today is my first day on AC and CC and im so excited!!! can anyone give me some tips for good weight loss

The CC for me at least helps make me feel clean on the inside, I don't go to the toilet anymore, but am more regular now. The only effect is if I eat something fatty, or as I found out last week Indian food, then it wants to come out in a hurry !

Hey SEZ welcome to the forum!!! I've been on Acai and the C/C for 12days now and had rocky start when 7days in I'd put 1.2kg but 4days since I've lost 2kg so I'm hoping I'm on the downward slope now!!!! From what I've been reading and after talking with the crew here the pills seem to effect everyone differently I think you just need to see how it goes and then adjust your actions accordingly!!! My first week I felt like I was sort of constipated but then couple nights ago I ate chicken curry and look out when it does happen I was on toilet for half hour!!! LOL (yuck I know such a gross thing to talk about sorry)!! I would stay near a toilet just in case cos when that happens there's no time ROFLOL! GOOD LUCK hope to be hearing good thing from you SOON!
Thanks guys i will make sure i dont go anywhere where there is not a toilet for a little while LOL. i have read that a few put on at first at least if it happens to me i wont be too disapointed. (fingers crossed i just get great results)

hi there sez.. I have been using C/c for almost 8 weeks now and I am absolutely happy with the effects of c/c to me.. Ever since my problem is my bowel movement i don't go to loo everyday.. So i felt always bloated.. It's only after 2 weeks of using c/c my bowel movement became really REGULAR i go too once a day everyday.. :0

@ sez: when i was with as and cc, there was no uber immediate call to the loo. it was just a regular loo call but it is often that's why i felt so light.
