missed my weigh day Friday had to much to do for Xmas so i am just going do it this friday, feww wipes sweat from the brow   lmao.gif ..plus i was to chicken to do sundayfear.gif after the xmas feast hungry.gif.......    lollaughing.gif

belle so true i am glad its all over now , well i did weigh in yesterday but didn't get a chance to jump on the computer ,so i didn't lose any weight but i didn't gain any so i am still happy,,, been hard over Xmas and having my mother in law here doing the cooking loads of pasta and lasagna ,but she leaves in the next few days so i can hopefully get a good result next Friday ,hope every one had a fantastic new yearsmile

hi girls  its been a while just popped in to say hi and i haven't given up on my weight loss we have just had the worst start to the year have been away as hubby's mum became gravely ill after her Xmas visit with us, 
  so been helping out with her getting well , we have had car problems white goods breaking down and our business has suffered because we were unable to be home running it to full potential....
 so i am still here just had a prick of a time and we are just about back on track so will be popping back in soon to catch up with all soon hope everything is going well for you all i have missed reading on here and i see there are heaps of new members.....

.and by the way haven't gained any weight and we were in south australia for almost 4 weeks  and i forgot to take my a/s with me when we left so happy with that :0)

Pilates is also good marga, it specifically targets the abdomen/belly area.. :)

thanks kk and margabiggrin so i got my order and i have started again from today  on my quest to cacth up to all you skinny chicks on here lol ok so my start wieght last time was 96kgsbleh
 ,
 as of today i am 88.5 and i am very happy that i didnt gain while i was unable to contuine
,
 so i have my fast shoes  and hope to cacth up with you girls soon... so start weight 88.5kgs here i come biggrin
