Hi ladies I have weighed my self today and I am still the same as last week 88.5 nothing lost don't know if it's because I have been doing weight training or because I am not taking the cc but never mind I am still happy next week will hopefully show a better result

I didn't find it any different when I stopped taking the CC.. I do know that the body works in mysterious ways. Hopefully next week will be a bit better.

At least you didn't put on any weight.

i did lose some before i started back on the a/s i was 90kg a week before i started and was tryn to start getting back to moving my butt round more before i got my new order lol

hence why i am not to fussed that my weight is the same so i did lose 1.5kg before starting back on my a/s biggrin and i know this stuff works so lets see next week if i cant move them scales down ward smile lol

thanks ladies biggrin it is a beautiful day in melbourne 27 today just got back from my hour walk there was heaps of people out walking today nearly needed traffic lights for us all to go around each other lol smile

I remember the good ol days when they'd predict rain and you'd know that you could quite safely hang out a load of washing because it wouldn't rain. Now it seems to rain almost everyday.

the weather is so weird these days :) its 18 and over cast here today i am happy to tell you all i have lossed 1 kilo so very happy i think i would still be happy even i didnt lose anything its been a good 10 years plus since i have been under 90kgs happy happy :0))

hello ladies sorry its been a while between posts have been really busy with work and by the time i get home the computer is hoged by the kids hmm and i havent had a chance to post ..but things are still going well still losing kilos another 3.2kg biggrin biggrin biggrin

and when i seen my girlfriend from 19 years ago it was great she had a surpize for me aswell she is 8 mths pregnat with her first child smile so everything went well , i hope every one is doing well and getting close to there goals must dash back to work bleh catch you all soon xx
