hi guys, i recieved my order on the 1st of december... i wasnt going to weigh myself as i normally go by how my clothes fit. !!! well i bit the bullett and jumped on my scales ouch as when i try to lose weight i get a bit of o.c.d with the scales ,anyway i weighed in at 69.4 I am hopeing to lose at least 4kg by christmas.. anyway as i do when i start something i go hell bent on it... Surprise surprise (NOT ) i got on again theis morning and had a loss !! 1.9kg absolutlley stoked!!! I exercise by doing a run/walk each night but i havent done that much latley due to a lot of family issues ... Well guys i am now committed and hopefully will stay of the scales until next wednesday the 8th and hope i dont dissapoint myself.. Oh and by the way i havent changed my eating/drinking (WINE) pattens i have just cut back in moderation.. cheers to all and have a good day!!!
Well done Tassiedeb you'll lose those 4kg in no time!!! Your lucky the acai is working for you so quickly some of us can't seem to get off the YO YO lol-but I'm not losing hope yet everyone here is a great inspiration to keep going even when you have a bad week!!
