well i have ordered now just waiting for them to arrive.looking forward to a new start.i weigh 79 kilos looking to drop down to 65kilos.will put in the effort my mind is set so lets get this started.has anyone got any hints or any suggestions that i need to know?? cant wait keep listening for the post mansmile

Hi dreaming and welcome.

You need to try and exercise to help AcaiSlim along as well as eating better/healthier, you also need to drink lots of water to help flush but also you might be thirstier than normal.

Don't just weigh yourself also measure yourself with a tape measure, a few of us have found that we initially lost cm's rather than kg's and it helps keep you going to see losses of any kind.

hi dinkidi thanks for yr advice.i do plan on exercising i have a tread mill and a skipping rope.i already drink water and plan on eating healthy.so i will keep you posted on my progress.when the tablets arrive i will post my measurements. hurry up post man!!!!

@ dreaming: welcome to the forum. i am marga and i have used acai slim and colon cleanse for 4 months and lost almost 50 kilos with them. exercise and strict diet is not necessary but it would surely help your body in losing weight so i would suggest you do both(regular exercise and healthy diet).

everything that dinkidi said is correct, you would see more great results when you measure yourself. some users don't see kilograms lost but see centimeters lost.

i wish you good luck and don't hesitate to ask/tell anything in this forum. :)

ok well tablets have arrived so 2mrow is the day.will measure and weigh myself 2mrow and post them on.will keep everyone informed once a week.so fingers crossed all goes well.ready for a new me......biggrin

80.4 KILOS SO NEXT TUESDAY I WILL REMEASURE AND POST SO FINGERS CROSSED SUMTHING HAS HAPPENEDbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

That's great....I've lost track of the amount of weeks I've been taking acai slim and I'm falling asleep at the computer I really need to go to bed.

ok so it has been 2 days and i couldnt help myself i had to weigh myself and yeah ive lost a 1 kilo. so i was 80.4 now im 79.4.i have been excersing drinking plenty of water and eating healthy.so now no weigh in till tuesday cause that will be one week.looking forward to seeing what i will weigh in at.very excited and pumped to get rid of this weightbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

well not happy jan just when i thought id lost a kilo i then have put it back on grrrr.im almost to frighten to weigh in on tues cause ive been working my butt off drinking plenty of water and eating well what the????so i think im gonna give the scales a miss ive been on the tablets for only 6 days and i think i will wait a few weeks.im now taking 2aa and 2cc i was taking 1aa but cause im at my weight i started ive upped it now so lets pray for sumthing to happennonono

I'm not sure about how things work just yet with a/s & c/c but from previous experience & uni studies I know that the scales can be a bit temperamental - especially for women as everyday our fluid levels change & this will effect what the scale reads if you are weighing in regularly. Don't be hard on yourself, I feel your disappointment (I am experiencing the same thing at the moment) but it is a process & the work you put in now will pay off down the track. Check your measurements because if you are exercising more than previously you could be building muscle, which weighs more than fat & that is a good thing because the more muscle mass you have the more calories you will burn even when not exercising. Focus on the positive changes you have introduced into your life & keep up the good work!!!!

I try to only weight myself once a week. I've started weighing myself after I've been for my morning walk because I weigh less for some reason.

so it has been 9 days and at first i thought nothing is happening, but i have not gone back on the scales cause i just dont want too.i can feel it that im loosing weight. im taking 2as and 2cc.i am also doing 35mins of treadmill morning lunch and nite.also at least 150 sit ups and a few other things.im drinking around 2 litres of water a day and just eating 3 meals a day.i just hope in time that i will get to where i want to be and that the hard work will pay off.biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

You can also distribute the 4 as you are taking. you can take 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner, and 1 before bed time. You should also weigh once a week. Daily weighing will just make you frustrated.
