Ok so I just got my order for AcaiSlim and my cc and was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is better to have 2x AS in the morning and 2 at dinner etc or just stick with 1 tblt at breaky and dinner. Clearly it is going to work better if I exercise and eat well but has anyone just continued on as they normally would ie: still eat a little crap etc and still had some results. Will measure up tomorrow and start checking my progress... fingers crossed.
I only take 1 a/s b4 Breakfast and then 1 a/s b4 dinner. I also count calories and go for a 45 minute walk everyday except for Sunday when I do about 70 minutes.
I have lost 12 kilos since I started in late Sept and I have also found that acai slim reduces your appetite so you will find that you don't eat as much.
Most of the people on here that are having success losing weight also follow a diet. You can still eat junk food but just don't over do it.

for starters it would be better to start with 2 tabs per day, then maybe after 2 - 3 weeks you may increase your dose to 3 to 4 tabs maximum.. :) I'm watching my what I eat most of the time I follow a strict diet, but then I'm having 'cheat day' once a week.. :)
