l put an order through on the 16th of december. Recieved an email from the support team stating that my order had been delivered on the 20th of december by a name that I don't recognise, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. DO NOT PUT ORDERS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

i believe everyone else including people I know have received their products. It took nearly a month for some to get theirs some time ago but now it seems they are sending their products to their customers in less than a week on average

I dont know of anyone else who has had this problem your having

fedex has delivered the package to a person and address l dont know of. l dont know who to contact l have emailed and left a message on the phone number available on the website but no one has called or answered my messages.

This is not a scam, I have been using this product since September and always get my order.

 

You can email them and phone them. They will get back to you.

Sorry to hear that helen.. But I don't think this is a scam cause I have been using A/S since September and I already ordered twice from this site. The good thing is I received them on time.. :) Maybe you gave a wrong address? Try to email and call them again..

We're sorry to hear that helen. You may be referring to a different website that offers acai slim and you may be a victim of that scam. We hope you can receive your money back. None of us experienced what you have experienced. I believe that Acaislim.com.au is not a scam.

I got my order too maybe you need to ring them, i know they had to order mine from over seas as they ran out but i got mine in the end, maybe ring and email them. Or it could be it got delivered by the post to the wrong house id also ask your neighbours if they got it by mistake.

Danny, if you ordered from http://acaislim.com.au/, then it is legit. Be ready to receive your products. I think it will take 3-5 days for products to be delivered.

Helen I would call and email them until you get a response, they may be busy or may not be back and open until later this month but you should atleast get a reply i know it took a few days for me to get one but i did in the end.

If so its definitely NOT a scam I got my order all be it took a while but I got it and so did alot of others on here that I know who are real people lol

If you ordered it from other sites for a cheaper price then say it.  This is a great product.

I saw the article in OK magazine also. I noticed both numbers on the sites were the same so I called up to get more details. They told me the websites are from the same company. They just use different domains in different magazines. It's apparently some kind of way to keep track of different articles in different magazines.

Hi Belle, it's cause my order is via post rather than courier; it'll get here soon, I can't wait to start as I've put on 15kg over the last 5yrs due to having 2 kids! and I'm only 159cm and I do exercise but the fat is not moving!!

You should be able to lose weight with this product but you need to diet and exercise as well. Speaking for myself I found as I got older that it was more difficult to lose weight and if I did the diet/exercise thing it used to take that long just to lose a kilo that I'd give up. But I have found with acai slim that it has helped heaps with losing the kilos. I started losing weight straight away..I have run out of acai slim so I'm just watching what I eat and exercising and hoping I won't put on any weight before I get my next order.
