hi everyone i've just been informed by my doctor not to take the the colon cleanse as it has st johns wart in it which will affect my other meds. (antidepressants)

So was wondering has anyone not taken the colon cleanse and still lost a lot of weight?

I don't take the colon cleanse and have lost weight.

Hi jaine, if your doctor informed you not to take the colon cleanse don't take it anymore.. It's for your own good anyway.. :)
