First of all, Kris is a guy of the male type, being me!!!!
The pass two weeks that I have been on the tablets I have notice that my hunger has been suppress, but my business & social activities have been full on. Even thou I have gain some weight this week, I'm pretty sure its due to over indulging at lunches & dinners, and missing two sessions at the gym.
I will have to train myself to eat healthy when I go out for business or pleasure!!
I am really looking forward to a negative weight loss next week! So that means not missing the gym and being careful in what I put in my mouth.
You had an awesome result for your first week Kris, I know it's hard when you have so many social things to do, I have the same problem.
Better luck next week, stay focussed and I'm sure you'll do great.
It is a lot harder to stick to a diet when your busy, I think that's why I've had so much success. I haven't been working much so I've got plenty of time to dedicate to a diet. Oh and exercise.

Well, in my own humble opinion, it's a case to case basis.
Some busy people lose weight because they don't have time to eat and their calories burn faster because of their activities, while some gain weight because they don't have time for exercise.
Some not-so-busy people lose weight because they have time to concentrate on their diet and exercise while some gain weight because they concentrate on eating.
So it still depends on the lifestyle of the person.
Hi everyone and thank you for your kind words & support, it is greatly appreciated!!! :)
Another busy week with dinners & lunches on the run, with a bit of socialising thrown in for good measure.
So I really cant complain about the lack of weight loss, but I am happy about the loss of Cm's off certain parts of my body.
I am a little confused about my water intake. I try to drink at least 2 to 4 litres of water a day, but it seems to bloat me all the time. So I am not sure if it is a good thing to drink so much water when u are trying to loose weight? Any ideas or experiance on this problem?
Anyway I wish everyone a great weekend & a good week!!
Kris- I used to drink a lot of water because I thought it was good for me but I found that to much isn't good for you. Now I only drink about 6 glasses of water a day and I'm losing weight.

Oh yeah salt....it's bad for retaining fluid. I hardly eat it now because I know it can make me weigh more because of the fluid retention. In fact I'm a little bit scared of it.

Many processes in the body require salt, or sodium, an essential mineral. Salt helps to balance sugars in the blood, aids in cell function, helps the intestines absorb nutrients and regulates fluid and electrolyte balance in our bodies, to name a few functions. However, too much salt can throw many bodily functions off balance and result in a number of adverse consequences, including weight gain.
How Salt Causes Weight Gain
Too much salt signals the body to retain water. Water helps the body to absorb the excess sodium and eventually flush it out. However, a consistently high salt intake never allows this natural "flushing" mechanism to take place, or at least slows it significantly. This results in weight gain in the form of fluid---not fat. A person can carry up to 3 pounds---and in some dire cases, even more---of extra water weight in his body due to too much sodium intake. In addition, this high-salt scenario can cause the blood pressure to rise. This results in hypertension, which in turn stresses the body's cardiovascular system. What's more, too much salt can interfere with kidney and digestive function, resulting in even more weight gain and possibly serious medical problems from excess buildup of toxins in the body.
How to Lower Your Salt Intake
The maximum daily recommended salt intake for adults is about 2300mg, or about 1 tsp. People who need to watch their salt intake should aim for significantly less than this. Consult your physician to find out just how much salt you should consume. Reducing salt intake almost always necessitates dietary and lifestyle changes. Avoid processed, convenient and packaged foods, especially fast food. These usually contain a great deal of sodium. Also avoid using salt when cooking and adding table salt to food. Pay attention to food labels and opt for low-sodium options. Most importantly, eat whole, natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Regular exercise and drinking plenty of water also help to flush excess salt out of the system.

Thanks for the info Loveme I'd come to the conclusion that to much salt was bad for me. I hardly ever have it now, it's kinda like chocolate. I save it for a treat.

I think I learnt that from watching The Biggest Loser. It's so confusing because they have the Biggest loser telling you how bad salt is for you and then the have Master Chef and they tell you to add salt because it brings out the flavours.
