I've only got another 12 kilos to lose so I thought I'd try upping the dose just to see if I could lose the weight quicker. 

Will keep you all posted.

My start weight was 98.7 kilos way back in September.

My weight this week was 82.2 kilos

My goal weight is 70 kilos.


Oh and I am drinking more water.

Hello there! I'm Georgianne, a newbie in this forum. I'm taking Acaislim for 12 days now. And I haven't taken the colon cleanse. Do I need to take the colon cleanse? Thanks for the response! :)

No you don't need to take it. I have lost 16 kilos using just the acai slim but I still have 12 kilos to lose so I decided to try the colon cleanse.

There's no harm in trying, but as Belle said, she lost 16 kg without taking colon cleanse.. :) It's up to you if you want to take it or not.. :)
